Maxim Lighting Metropolis 3 - Light Pendant in Satin Brass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Metropolis pendant light is an excellent source of lighting for our kitchen. We were able to hang it directly over our kitchen table. We got it all installed it looked very nice. The only problem was I don't know if my husband installed it incorrectly I mean he knows about these things. But this has no bearing on the actual review itself. It was super easy to install I will say that he had it in in less than I want to say a half hour. It hung beautifully over the kitchen table it was just what I needed in that corner of the room. Being our kitchen again where we get to eat all our meals. It went with my decor wonderfully and it really did give us ample lighting! The features of it the detail on the actual glass tears is beautiful again going with my decor in my kitchen. The only problem is and again this has no bearing on the actual product itself. I think it's just through human error. We have a two-story home and how we did not hear this in the middle of the night is beyond me but when we woke up the light was or had fallen I should say on to the kitchen table and shattered. So we are working on getting another one because I liked it so much! Again my husband has put in all of the lighting in this house so I don't know what happened really we can't really seem to figure it out. But the actual product itself was wonderful I really want another one this is why we are purchasing again this very same light. Because it was gorgeous! The amount of light it gives is just perfect for all meals really and that is exactly what we wanted it for. I wish I had snapped a picture when it immediately went up so I could have showed you but it lasted throughout the night we had dinner. We went to sleep I plan on coming down taking pictures and putting up my review however, in the morning when we woke up there it was in pieces on my kitchen table now I do have a marble table and that is why I'm guessing it shattered the way it did. But again I like it so much we're getting another one! The exact same one actually. I would say definitely make the investment. It's definitely worth it. It's beautiful and it's easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1600 lumins, 3 LED lights, 24 watts are just right for over the table. The cord length 120” and weight is 14.3 lbs. It can hang 19” to 138”. The lights are beautiful through the high quality glass shades. The design is unique and can go in a modern theme or a traditional. I have a nature themed accents and this fits in perfectly. It was very easy to put together without tools. It is hardwired. It will take two people to hang this. The brass accents are subtle. I recommend this Metropolis three tiered pendant. I have had so many compliments on it. Pros: Beautiful design, high quality thick glass, easy to assemble, 24 watts bright , adjustable hanging length. Cons: Glass a bit sharp near center attachments (wear gloves when installing).

It completely changed the look of my room. It is so modern and classy! It took my husband about an hour to install and he isn't very handy lol. It brightened up my living room and the light piece is absolutely beautiful . Its seems to be sturdy and it is very stylish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness! This Metropolis 3-Light LED Pendant is art! It is stately, yet refined. It’s so beautiful!!! The glass has a beveled texture to it that refracts the light in such a way it gives off this beautiful aura of light. Every single person who walks in my house comments how beautiful it is. It was even simple enough that my husband was able to install it in under an hour! I absolutely love this functional work of art!! The metals are strong and great quality, you can tell that quality was high on Maxims list of objectives when they designed this. Highly recommend!

We hung it in our main hallway and it is really a beautiful focal point. It puts out an amazing amount of light and the coloring of the glass is really amazing. I can't say enough how beautiful this light is.

The packaging was very sturdy and protective and every was perfect. Installation was easy, i was easier than i expected and its absolutely beautiful! I like the 3 glass "bowl" design of this light, it so pretty. The gold accessories just ties the light together and makes it look so good! Im in love!
