Found it but won't let me buy it.
Finally found this in stores but wasn’t allowed to buy it until some arbitrary later date. Considering it was supposed to be available MONTHS ago, this is ridiculous. Maybe let me take it home now and charge me on that date!

I was so excited because this randomly came Into stock one morning I was on the app. Package finally got here and they sent me a target dog funko instead of the joker! I wish I would have gotten my actual item because I've been wanting this since before the holidays.

Target Canceled Pre order
I pre ordered in August and approved shipping delays multiple times. Then after so long my hold was up and paypal canceled. I went to fix my payment and was told my pre order was canceled and it had gone to someone else. I just needed to update my payment for a product that hasn't shipped. Months of waiting wasted.

Target canceled my preorder

A Poor Target Experience
It was to be a Christmas present for someone. I Pre ordered this item, then it was delayed on back order , now it was cancelled. I cannot order this product online it says I have to go into a store to find it. It’s also an exclusive to target so I cannot acquire it through a different retailer. I’m just wondering what is the point of a pre order. A very disappointing experience, why would I bother signing up for a pre order through target if they cannot fulfill their commitments.
