You may be pleasantly surprised! They hold more urine than you would expect! Our aunt wears them for several hours w/o a leak.

Great Disposable Brief

I really like these briefs! They are great when maximum absorption is needed, especially in the evenings and during the nighttime. They fit well and give plenty of room on the sides to cover the body and adjust the tabs. I am totally happy with this product.
