I took this product every day for a month. ive had experience with multivitamins in the past i like that you can take this vitamin anytime of day without food and its made with whole food ingredients .it gave me a decent amount of energy. but not enough compared to my usual multi. I only rated 3 stars because the original multivitamin i take far exceeded this one. it has higher levels of everything. so I will continue to stick with my original brand.

Compared to the Nature Made brand, Megafood doesn’t upset an empty stomach so, there has to be a reason for this. Perhaps, the ingredients in Megafood vitamins are more natural and therefore can be taken on an empty stomach.
