I am turning 40 in May and thought it was a good idea to take a multivitamin as I enter that age range. I really like the energy it gives me and I notice a difference on days I don’t take it. I’m happy to know a vitamin in tablet form can be taken on an empty stomach too. I love the Woman’s 40t vitamins. They are easy to take, and for women over 40 they seem to address a lot of the issues we get as we age. Sometimes we don’t get all the nutrients we need at our age in our food alone, so it is an easy once a day problem solver. You don’t have to worry that you didn’t get enough nutrients in your day. Just take them in the morning and you’re set for the whole day. Try them.
