I use this stuff to get to sleep all the time. I usually take 30mg, of "NatureMade" Melatonin but with these, I had to take 6 of them. These are not worth the money. I would suggest a known brand, store brands are virtually always disappointing. I'm guessing these are about 5mg not 10 as labeled. I would've sent them back, but I have insomnia and really needed some sleep. I thought this was a better deal, it turns out it was too good to be true, I should've known better. Target should remove this item from their site and stores.
i’ve occasionally used another brand of melatonin, but i purchased this one because i’m on a tight budget and it was pretty cost effective. turns out my body doesn’t react well to this brand at all and it hasn’t increased my sleep. i would usually take 10g of the other brand and i’ve taken up to 20g of this brand and it hasn’t worked. i’m not sure if the ingredients can vary in melatonin but maybe that’s why?
Melatonin is a lifesaver for a person with insane insomnia. I have such a hard time falling asleep naturally, so melatonin can really be a lifesaver for someone like me. I'm not sure how little sleep time I'd be getting without my melatonin. It's a lifesaver!
