[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids had fun playing with this. My 3 year old liked it more than my 7 year old. My 7 year old enjoyed the map and the different "grub". My 6 year old spent days running around the house catching fish.

Fun for small kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little one really loved this game/toy. She liked catching the fish and throwing them back and forth. She really loves dressing up, so she was excited about the look and feel of this. It is definitely made for smaller kids and I wouldn't expect older kids to have much fun with it.

Fun game and helps in kid’s development

I see them how interestingly they are doing pretend play that’s helping them in developing cognitive skills. Completely safe material and helps in kids playing independently. Bear Catch Game
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys played this bear catch game together. It was fun for them but it wasn't a game they played over and over. There are 3 ways to play and they tried out each one. They liked picking up the food with the mouth most. Once you open the box, you will need something else to put the pieces in since the box is wide open.

Kids love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids have such a fun time playing Yellowstone Bear Catch! They love wearing the big paws and bear face that is worn like a crown on top of their head. Lots of laughs as they worked to catch salmon and berries in their paws. What's even more fun is when adults get in on the fun - we have some great pictures of grandpa as a bear. :)

We have not visited Yellowstone so we took more of a general nature theme to the set. I do think the quality is pretty high on this set too.

They both had so much fun following the map, running through the house pretending to explorer. They did learn quite a bit about a place they have never visited. Highly recommend to children especially those with vivid imaginations.

There's a few different games they can play: catch, moving piles, foraging, etc. Simple concept, but really cute and informative

Fun but could use some improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year old loved playing this game with his 11 year old cousin, however, he had a hard time keeping the bear face on his head. Looking like a bear was his favorite part and he enjoyed pretending to be a bear and exploring what that means! They both enjoyed trying to catch the items and there was a lot of giggling in their game play. I think it spans a wide age range! Overall, I think the sizing/resizing ability could use improvement because it was too big for little heads and too small for adult heads but that is my only suggestion.

He wanted me to play along , so there we both were catching fish, roaring and having a great time. He did mentioned he wished the paper board was bigger and stiff.

Even since it was delivered my kids fell in love with it. it comes with 2 bear heads (perfect for my 2 little ones, so they can play together) and 2 bear feet with 3 fish, 2 blueberries and 2 butterflies. I wish the velcro fo the heads we're a little longer so i would be tighter for little heads. but it has been working fine. it teaches them a lot about yellowstone and the wildlife it has. Overall i'm pretty satisfied. 10/10

Fun and educational
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Melissa & Doug products. They are cute but also usually educational. My children are ages 4 and 5. They instantly loved this toy. The bear face strap to your forehead. It was too big for my 1 son. While it does have some adjustable velcro, it doesn’t have much of it. There are multiple suggestions on how to play with this activity. It includes 2 bear faces, 2 paws, 3 fish, 2 butterflies and 2 what I believe are blueberry bushes. They can try and catch with their bear paws or in their bear mouth(it has velcro) or just do imagination play with it. Cute toy!
