It is on the firmer side, which is what I was looking for and would have kept, but it is so short so I returned

Firmness is just right for me. Cheap too.

I miss the microbead neck pillows. These are hard, and hurt my neck. Will have to buy from somewhere else.

I started sleeping with a neck pillow at night to help keep me on my back; but needed to replace my beaded neck pillow for something more firm. It’s definitely firm and a little bulkier than I’m used to; but I didn’t find it uncomfortable or painful at all. The material is soft and washable (my beaded pillow was not removable) and my sleeps actually been great for the week I’ve had it! I lay a standard memory foam pillow at about a 45% angle against my headboard for support, then layer a cloud pillow at an angle on top of that, then I lay on those with my neck pillow. I look like Meryl Streep’s character in Death Becomes Her. I can’t say what it’s like on an airplane; but if you’re using it for better everyday sleep quality, I think it’s worth trying for only $10.

Feels pretty nice and the color is just like the picture. Can’t wait for my upcoming vacation! I got one for my husband too but in blue

It’s really really “firm”, not comfortable. I found a nice one in the dollar bins ($5), it has a hood attached to it too.

Hard, uncomfortable, ill fitting, undersized zipper. It could possibly be more impractical or uncomfortable but I doubt it!

A truly bad product. Spend a bit more to get one that will hold your head up and allows you to lean your head back because it's flat on the back.

Absolutely awful, it’s way too big for a human head/neck and puts you in a super uncomfortable position when sitting on a plane seat, and the foam is really stiff

The only one ill ever use. I use this neck pillow not for traveling, but for sleeping every night. Im such a bad sleeper, and my neck and back get so messed up before using this pillow. It if FIRM, not very soft, overtime it will of course. It supports my neck well, it snaps in the front if want. Wether this is right but im sure wrong to use every night, i dont care, it helps me sleep!

Nope. Bought this for a red eye flight. Very uncomfortable. Memory foam provides zero support. I would have returned it if I could but ended up leaving it behind at the hotel. Not worth the hassle of packing it home.

Exactly how it sounds: this is a pretty soft, nice neck pillow that boasts of having a machine washable cover, which is nice. However, the zipper on the washable cover broke immediately. Very frustrating. Buy (and wash) at your own risk.

Not very comfortable. It isn’t terrible, but my son and I bought them for traveling and got very little use out of them. They just weren’t as comfortable as neck pillows I’ve had in the past. Too firm and a little awkward in shape.

Not a fan. It’s too thick in the back that it pushes your cervical spine forward, causes pain and stiffness. Also you’re unable to sleep on it, it’s too short to be helpful in supporting your head.

Used on a long flight, super comfy and quite good quality for a lower price than other memory foam neck pillows. Love that it clips, materially is soft and non abrasive, and the removable case washes easily.
