Great inserts! These were easy to trim with the provided guidelines. I put them into my clay court tennis shoes and felt like they definitely added just enough support and cushioning and I had zero pain/discomfort while playing or afterwards. I would also consider adding these to running shoes and I recommend them
I put these into my tennis shoes that I wear for outdoor work and taking walks (I’m not running while wearing these). They offer more arch support than the flat insoles that came with my shoes, but they also hurt the first few times I wore them. My foot is also “taller” than usual so once they were in my shoes felt tighter. Overall I’ll keep them in but they do have an adjustment period.
I put these inside my cycling shoes because I wanted to add a little cushion to my soles. Overall, it did add cushion, but it made the shoes a bit tighter, which I didn’t consider when I cut them to my shoes.

I received the Athletic Shoes Insoles. They fit my sneakers perfectly. However they hurt my feet. I tried them in three different pairs of sneakers. I wore them while I went about my daily routines, but they just really hurt.

I had no idea when ordering this athletic shoe insoles size S/M that I would have to cut these down to my foot size. I never heard of such a thing. I have always been able to buy shoe soles in my actual footing size. I really do not get this product concept because of it. The shoe soles came out of the product box and the box looks like it been through the ringer. I really thought the wrong size was sent to me. These shoe soles are too flimsy to cut down evenly to my very small foot shoe size (I wear shoe size 5-6).
Overall I liked these insoles, but they weren't the best ones for me. I am definitely a fan of sizing! The guidelines on the bottom of the sole are easy to follow. My scissors weren't the best and they were still very easy to size to an 8 for my running shoes. They provide solid, even support, and I like the feel of them against my feet. The cushoning at the heel was well placed and had great rebound. However, I have a very low arch, almost a flat foot! The arch on these made my feet sore after a few hours. If you have a higher or even normal arch, these would be a great addition to your athletic shoes!

It’s so hard to review a one-size-fits-all shoe insole. Obviously, in a perfect world, we would all have access to affordable, custom made support insoles for our shoes. However, these insoles may work when you just need a little extra support and cushioning. I have them in an older pair of athletic shoes that I still love but are well worn. I can’t say they are a perfect enough fit that I forget they are even there but they don’t cause discomfort during a 30-40 minute workout either.
I had the chance to try these athletic shoe insoles. They are decent insoles for the price they are available for. They started out stuff but are more comfortable after getting broken in. I may get more in the future.
These insoles are an easy and affordable solution to replacing broken down insoles in shoes or swapping insoles for a sturdy, supportive but also comfortable footbed. The trim-to-fit design means these can work in any shoe but do require a little bit of time to trim, test, and adjust to ensure a perfect fit. Overall I am very happy with these in my hiking shoes!
Sure! Here's a more casual, natural-sounding review: --- ### up&up™ Athletic Shoe Insoles (S/M) – Quick Review If you're looking for some basic insoles that won't break the bank, these up&up athletic ones from Target might be worth a try. They're under 10 bucks and made to fit a range of sizes (you can trim them down to match your shoe). **👍 What’s good:** - **Cheap and easy** – Super affordable, especially if you just want a little more comfort in your shoes. - **Custom fit** – You can cut them to size, so they’ll fit most shoes pretty well. - **Decent for everyday use** – They’ve got some cushioning, so they’re fine for walking around or running errands. **👎 What’s not so great:** - **Not much arch support** – If you need serious support (like for high arches or foot pain), these probably aren’t enough. - **Might not last super long** – They feel a little flimsy, so maybe not ideal if you’re on your feet all day or using them for sports. **Bottom line:** They’re solid for the price—good for casual use or a quick comfort boost in older shoes. Just don’t expect anything fancy. If you’ve got specific foot issues, it’s probably better to invest in something more supportive. --- Want me to compare them with a more premium option too?
Firstly, when you first pull these out of the packing, you might think, dang these are insanely stiff for athletic insoles. This was my exact thought, too! I was not expecting the to me so stiff. Fast forwarded.. I cut these down to size, to fit my nikes that i typically wear for working out in. They were very easy to trim, just make sure you have relatively good scissors. They slipped into my shoes well, didnt have to struggle much. I instantly gave them a try. First thing is i noticed a lot of arch support. They didnt have much padding, as discovered when taking out of the packaging. But, i quickly gave them a trial run. I did a 50 minute work out, 40 minutes of that being jogging. Prior to these insoles, my feet are normally feeling it. But these had me still feeling good after my workout! I was pleasantly surprised! All in all, if these keep treating me well, ill be getting more for my other shoes!
I received these insoles in exchange for my review. I have Plantar Fasciitis. I have to wear supportive shoes and orthotics to support my arch and heel. I have been wearing these insoles for over a week. I find them to be excellent in comfort and support. I had to trim them to fit and the guides were very helpful. I plan on getting another pair! These are comproable to my pricey orthotics I get at the shoe store!
These added some extra comfort in some of my favorite shoes. I tried adding them to my running shoes but they were too bulky and caused my foot not to fit in my shoe anymore. The guide on the back is easy to understand and super easy to cut to fit into your shoe. They fit perfectly and added some extra cushion to my shoes.
The shoe sizing says small to medium. I wear a 9 and my husband wears a 10. The insert fit his shoe perfectly without trimming. The arch support felt good. The heel was very cushy. These inserts would be very helpful to someone on their feet all day.
These are easy to cut to size with the included size guide on the back that you can cut with normal scissors. These provided some nice cushioning, but one foot felt like it was slipping inside my shoe. I felt like it made my older sneakers more comfortable though.
This is your basic foam/rubber shoe insert. It’s firm and has decent arch support but, nothing fancy. I appreciated the sizing on the bottom to help identify where to cut for the appropriate size. I got the inserts with my tween in mind because he has flat feet. He felt the insert was too tall for his basketball shoes. I ended up putting the inserts in my boots and I felt they were really nice. As a runner, I would not recommend for running because the arch will eventually lose its support. However, I do recommend the inserts for walking and basic exercise.
These insoles are easy to use. The guide is easy to flow, to trim to needed size. It fits great into my shoe. This is a stiffer insole and doesn’t have much squish to it. Gives good support in the arch of your foot. I can definitely feel the difference between wearing them and not wearing them.
The Up & Up athletic shoe Insoles provide decent cushioning and support for everyday activities. They fit well in most sneakers and add extra comfort without feeling too bulky. While they help reduce foot fatigue, they may not offer enough arch support for those with high arches or specific foot concerns. Overall, they’re a budget-friendly option for adding a little more comfort to your shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a good high arch insole. I have been looking for a sturdy high arch insole for my shoes for a long time. The ones that claim to be very supportive for people with high arches usually do not support me very well. The sturdiness in this insole right where the arch support is plus the cushion you get from the heel and the foot pad make this the perfect insole. I have very high arches and Plantar Fasciitis so these are a MUST for me. I’m still shocked at how great they truly are for the price. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these running shoes inserts in store. These foam and rubber inserts are meant to slip into your running shoes for extra cushion and shock support. I bought a size S/M which is meant to fit a men's size 7-9 or a womens size 5-11. There are markings on the back of the inserts to indicate where to cut to make it fit to your size. I didn't have to cut too much off because I wear a size 9.5 womens. Once I trimmed each insert, I slipped them into my running shoes. They went in easily and they actually stayed in place while I went for a jog. It did feel like my feet were more cushioned than when I wore the shoes without the inserts. Like a little pillow for your feet. I have seen inserts that are made with gel and memory foam. Those are a little bit pricier and might be a little bit more comfortable for longer runs. These are pretty basic and are an economic pricepoint. If you are an avid runner (which i am not) you may want to invest in a pair that are a little bit higher quality I received an incentive to write this review.
