A: No. Target does not refill but Sephora does. Even if they did refill it, it can't be the sampler bottles, instead, the normal one bottle set.

I ordered this for Drive Up and when I got there the entire package was soaked in coffee. The cup lid wasn’t secured at all, so the drink spilled everywhere. It ruined the packaging which was a gift for my teen. Really disappointed because this could have been avoided if they had just canceled order rather have me go inside the store the complain about it. Employee Devonica J. & Jennifer was very helpful and empathetic when making my return.

Bad ingredients
I bought these in the mean time until my husbands regular comes in, some of them are too floral to be men’s and one is decent but what I didn’t realize is they are not phthalate free. Huge downside when I know they will increase the risk for cancer. He won’t be using the one he likes long. We will go back to a more toxin free brand.
