Packaging was not good

Iyem itself seems fine, my problem was how it was shipped. It was clothing just stuck in the shipping bag, not wrapped to protect it at all. If the bag had torn, the item would have been ruined. Also getting it out could also have been bad. This was my first online order with target and probably the last.

When I opened the package the tags fell out. Not sure if this was a returned item but the tags were not attached to the sweater. After further looking at the sweater there was a big tear right on the front. This had to be a return that they accepted and then resold. So disappointed because so had got it on sale.
