Q: I need a minimun band size of 9/34 inches or at least 25 cm. Do you one like this? Or do I need to it to an adjuster to achieve this once I have the wache?

submitted by band size - 4 years ago
  • A: Hello there! Our Men's watch fit a standard wrist size of 5.9 to 8.1 inches. We suggest you get a watch with expansion an band or a bracelet watch to have the links adjusted. Links can be removed or be added for a better fit.

Great Watch

5 out of 5 stars

I needed a watch for work that is water resistant, can do military time, and was better quality than the cheap one I had. This checked all of the boxes and I love it. I have nicer Timex watches I use for other purposes, but this one is still gets the job done just fine.

I was replacing an Ironman Triathlon that was about 15 years old and was showing signs of wear. I like the low and nonobtrusive profile.

I have used Timex watches

I have used Timex watches since the 1960s. This is the third one I have had of this particular model. I do not like the band it came with, but that is an easy thing to replace with the type band I prefer. The watch itself is reliable even through hard use, and not overly complicated. I like the full face light feature rather than some models which have only the numerals that light up.

Wanted to like

The watch was as described in the photo. Only issue is that it came with the battery running, and time going. I called, and was told that the batteries begin once the watches leave the assembly line. Was told that the one I purchased had been going since 12/23. If you don’t mind that aspect, then it would probably be ok. Just don’t like that not brand new with battery.

The Ironman has always been an outstanding watch. It is reliable and does the essential things well and is easy to operate under duress. I have owned the 30-lap version, and look forward to using the Essential 10

I was replacing an older model that water had entered. The strap is thinner. My former watch had white around the bezel which was easier to see what the function is

Bad alarm

William Z. - 11 months ago

There are typically at least 2 alarms on an Ironmann watch. This only has 1. Worse is the fact that you can’t set the alarm for a specific day, only weekends, weekdays or all. Pathetic!!!

Does exactly what it says

Jaen R. - 11 months ago

It’s a basic durable watch , everything works as intended. No bells or whistles which is exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to use and I appreciate the indiglo light. Bright enough to see but not too bright to bring attention to yourself. I have a suunto core that I use for hiking but the Ironman is my daily watch. Will buy again!

Had watch for a few weeks and it was perfect for running and cycling but as soon as I got it wet for the first time in a pool it died. So Zoro's awesome customer service sent we another one and the same thing happened. Timex's website lists this watch as being good for surfing.

Star77 - 2 years ago, Verified purchaser
I’ve been through two of these and both of them stopped working due to water damage from a shower and a dip in the pool. It’s advertised as Ironman in reference to a triathlon that includes swimming and capable of handling 100m water. Unfortunately this watch is not up to those claims.

For those that want a watch to tell time with a stopwatch and alarm. No daily or weekly charging. Put it on your wrist and go for the next 5 years. I had a Timex Expedition with vibrating alarm and while I miss the vibrating alarm this watch is smaller and thinner, so it doesn't get bumped or snagged on objects as easily. A good practical watch.
