    With arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest & shoulder blades, keeping the tape level & snug.

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

    Fits differently than other all in motion pants

    I have several pairs of the all in motion trouser pants that I wear to work that fit great so I got these as they have different colors but the fit is much tighter even though they were the same size as my other pair. Will have to return them. I wish they offered the trouser pants in the same colors

    Pocket lining shows when on body

    Love the fit of these pants but the front pockets are cut weird and the liner shows. If it was the same color as the pants it may not be a big deal but the black pockets hang outside and you can see them on the navy pants. If the fixed that these may be really good pants compared to the name brand ones.
