    Warmest boot owned to date

    I have had a pair of Artic Sport Mid Muck boots for ten plus years. They have finally given up the ghost. They are the warmest boots I have ever had. I have bought countless leather boots with much thinsulate and my feet froze. Wear a thick sock (foot should be wiggle room only in boot) and enjoy being outside all day with warm dry feet.

    Best boot for bad weather conditions

    I can’t remember if I got these a year or two years ago. And let me tell you they are the perfect shoes for working at the post office. I paid lots of money on other brands (Columbia,north face, Etc) that only lasted for a year but these have been taking care of me for 2 plus years.

    Great boot

    Boots are warm and very comfortable. Wearing them on the North Slope of Alaska where temp is already in the teens. Good traction on snow and ice. True fit.

    Snow and water proof

    Bought it to deal with snowfall here in Greater Boston. High enough to never worry about soaked socks, and water proof to tread in our backyard pond. Loose at the top so hard to run, but I think that's by design. Fairly comfortable for 1 hr+ of outdoor yard work in snow/rain/mud.

    Don't be fooled by the temperature rating!!

    Have had the Arctic Sports for 2 years in Alaska. 0f degrees to 20f your good for 3-4 hours max. 0f degrees to -20f your only good for 2hrs tops. -20f and below maybe an hour if your blood runs warm. Great boots and worth the money, just be realistic with the temp ratings :)

    Warm if active

    I bought these for whitetail deer hunting. As long as I am moving around my feet stay warm but while sitting in a blind/stand not so much. Even with thick winter socks there is a lot to be desired when it comes to warmth. Significantly warmer than sitting in the Chore series but not as warm as I hoped for.

    terrible boots

    i bought a pair of arctic sport and a pair of muck rain boots also. both pairs were shot in a year of average use. the outer shells on both cracked badly. both waterproof boots failed and leaked after little use. what a waste of money. i contacted muck to complain and they would do nothing about it. so I will write a factual review about them. never buy these.

    Not for cold weather

    Bought a pair of Arctic sport mid height, supposed to be rated to -40, I was out in. -12 Celsius with -24 C windchill feet got very cold. I wonder how they get a -40 C rating is, that based on maybe five minutes testing

    Awesome Snow / Work boot

    I am a snowplow contractor and I bought these for winter 2021/2022 and loved them. Buying a par for my son this year as he will be helping me during the 2022/2023 winter. Just a great boot to keep your feet dry and warm!

    Good boot...NOT suitable for -20C or lower

    This is my second winter with these boots and I have to say that they are just not warm enough. I just came in the house from an hour outside at -28 C and my feet are borderline frostbitten. They're great for milder temperatures (say -15 C) or short durations, but I'll have to upgrade to a heftier winter boot for farm chores.
