These hard-wearing Rocky® Alpha Force Waterproof Public Service Boots are made with black full-grain leather and 1000-denier nylon fabric. These lightweight, strong fabrics hold up even in the most extreme working conditions. These public service boots have been built with Rocky waterproof construction; this creates a barrier that is guaranteed to keep water out, so your feet will remain completely dry. The Air-Port™ footbed is made from polyurethane and absorbs shock, but always reverts back to its earliest shape.     Work many hours in these boots, no pain/fatigue

    duty boots

    Issued these boots, most uncomfortable pair of boots I have ever worn. Experience level, 22 years infantry, 15 years government contractor, I know my boots. Anything else is the way to go (I prefer Under Armor or Danner).

    Best duty boot ever.

    Bought these I think over a year ago. Still going strong. Still water proof. Wear em every day. Just bought my second pair. As long as Rocky makes these I'll be buying them.

    Great look, Great comfort

    This boot the 2165 is my boot of choice. The Rocky boot in my opinion is very well made and holds up to the New England weather conditions. It is also a very comfortable boot to wear for long hours. Due to the comfort level I am able to do errands after work not needing to change out of my boots. So comfortable I wear them when not at work. Plus they are a sharp looking boot. Get many of compliments from the public on the look of the boots. Polishes up very nice and looks brand new for a long time. I highly recommend this boot for anyone who works outdoors.

    Bring back the steal toe version

    I had my pair for 5 years until I out grew them still in great condition to hand down I wish you guys still made the steal toe version (without the zipper)

    just a few things.....zippers are very stiff ;had to lube up to get them to move. Also the Velcro straps just are not long enough, bring back snap buttons! Otherwise pleased.

    They are good boots but I picked the wrong pair I normally weare boots with side zippers. Other then me getting the wrong boots, they fit just fine

    Decent

    This is the second pair of these boots I have owned. These are great winter boots. The first pair I owned lasted about 6 months before the tread lost its traction on slick surfaces. This pair lasted less than a month before the you the toes started coming off the boots. They scuff very easily. They also dont breath well and are a little uncomfortable with orthotic inserts. I'm a big fan of Rocky boots but these do not give the brand justice.

    GREAT BOOTS!!!

    This is the second pair of these boots, I bought a pair many years ago when I was on patrol. My feet never got wet, never got cold, and they looked great with my uniform. These are very comfortable boots, I can wear them all day!!! The insoles and very soft and comfortable.

    A reliable work boot.!!

    My boyfriend has had these shoes for 7 months and he loves them. They are warm and they do not fall apart. He works in landscaping blasting salt and grass all over them.the treading and padding are also holding up to his tough feet that do a dirty job everyday!

    My "Go To" work boot!

    I drive for a delivery company like Fed EX / UPS in Minnesota. I see all kinds of weather with our four seasons and these boots have held up very well. I usually get a new pair once a year.

    Durable and long lasting

    I bought these boots for daily work wear. They have withstood abuse in all weather conditions and have kept my feet dry in snow and shallow water. The only negative I could give these boots is the lack of speed laces I became accustomed to in my military boots.
