Men Rocky Alpha Force Waterproof Public Service Boot

I just started wearing this pair about 3 weeks ago and the seam is coming apart.

Had many pairs of these boots in the past and really liked them. This latest pair is the most uncomfortable boot I have ever worn. Very narrow on the sides, even though I purchased wide width as I always do, and painful to wear. I have been trying to break them in for 3 weeks now, and my feet are still killing me. I thought that maybe it was a defective pair, so I returned them, then bought another pair only to have the same issue. Something has definitely changed with the way these are now manufactured, and it's not for the better. I will not be buying this product ever again.

I used these for work for 25 years. They were very comfortable on 15 hour days. I always got a full year's wear from each pair.

Rocky use to make comfortable boots that held up for at least 6 months.. The new boots are very uncomfortable, sizing is off and they never break in. I tried to wear them for a month and ended up going with a different brand. Bring back the old!

These boots were hard as a rock and uncomfortable. I thought wearing them would soften them up a bit, but they hurt my feet too much. I ended up throwing them out.

I have had two pairs i wear a size 16 it broke after 2 months but they were comfortable and durable

I work Armed Security for the Government and these are standard issued boots. The boots are somewhat comfortable, the materials hold a lot of heat and moisture so I would not recommend these for the summer months unless you're planning to change socks frequently. The rugged construction of the outsole also takes some breaking in and I can't call them flexible. The outsole is quite bottom heavy and very clunky. I work in the south east where it doesn't snow so the outsole shape and lug size I would consider to be overkill and quite uncomfortable over a long shift specially, if you are standing for most of the shift. The quality of materials seem OK considering the boots waterproof construction. If you are looking for a lightweight, breathable option, this is not a suitable option. I would much rather go with an option from under Armour or even Nike or Bates. I cannot say I would purchase these boots with my own money if I had to. As a standard issued boot, they are simply OK. There are a lot better options out there that are lighter, more breathable, and a lot more comfortable overall. If you live in the north east or Midwest, where you work in a lot of snow and or rain, these would be a more suitable option because of their features. However, I will completely skip past these if you live in the south east. The outsole is simply two rugged and botchy for patrol work. Not sure what the offset drop is from heel to toe but I would skip these.

Feet over heat. Winter time very nice, too warm for summer. I still like them. I have had other Rockyboots , 4, this is the only one I wear in winter.

Boots rub very big , I tried to return them back to Target but being that it was past the return window period and they came from a third party , I am out of 141.00 , spoke with several people and nobody was any help , I even asked can I get a gift card so the money could stay in the store and was told No !!! Target can’t get another dime of my money !!!

I wear these boots on EMS shifts and they are durable and comfortable.

Nice boots. Light weight but sturdy. They run small. I had to return for a larger size.

This will be my fourth pair they never let me down very dependable.

I bought these boots a few weeks ago. They are so great for my feet. After 12 hours I don't have pain and the feeling like I cant work anymore. Fit is spot on and more comfort than I would have expected out of a pair of boots.

I used to wear this brand when I was a police officer. I bought this pair for my son, and we had to exchange them because his regular size was too narrow and too small. The new ones fit him very well, and they are excellent quality. I expect these boots to last for many years, and I also appreciate the excellent customer service of this company. I’ll buy from them again.

I order boots and received the wrong pair, and color. I called back reordered, the Lady who me went above and beyond the call to help me, which made me less frustrated with the idea. I just want to thank her for the great love she showed me. The bad part about it is I don't remember her, but she was such a blessing for me. I received my boots and I Love them.

The day after receiving my boots, I wore them all day on the range. As usual, Rocky boots fit right out of the box, without any break-in period. I love them.

Very disappointing experience - cheap not-natural leather, boot started falling apart the second week of wearing. Surprised Rocky asks this price for such a marginal boots!
