You'll be prepared for any trek through the snow and subzero temperatures because your feet will be wrapped in 1200g of 3M Thinsulate Ultra insulation.This boot has great traction and helps you grip the terrain with a multi-directional Blizzard outsole.The Blizzard Stalker also is one tough boot. The waterproof leather with CORDURA combination upper resists tears that the environment might try to throw at you and provides additional waterproofing.This nine-inch boot has a TPU Shaped shell and heel for great stability and a padded Shaped foam collar for additional comfort.

    Outstanding in the field!

    My boss bought these for me for snowmobiling along the Continental Divide at work. I have had them since 2005 and they are still as warm and waterproof as the day I received them! I am now retired and still love wearing them. They are lightweight but amazingly warm. I can't say enough of them. Buy 'em, you won't regret it!

    The sizing is way too large

    These are made well and I'm excited to wear them. However they seem to run almost two sizes too large. I have irish setters in size 9 with a smidge more room than I prefer. I put these on next to my old Setters and I have even more room in the Rockys which are a size smaller, in 8.

    WARM,WARM,WARM

    Still on my original blizzard stalkers,I bought in 1998-2000. No signs of wear to this day. Highly recommend them. Feet have never been warmer!! Buy them, you won't be let down!

    Great All Around Boot

    I bought these to fish and shoot trap in the winter weather. They have been warm enough for ice fishing, yet not so warm for all the other outdoor winter activities that my feet would sweat. Not too heavy, either, as I do a lot of walking. They are just a really good all around boot.

    Hardcore Performance

    Two days of snowmobiling in sub-zero temperatures in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I wore ankle socks the whole time and my feet didn’t even get cool, much less cold. Exceptional boots.

    Terrific boots

    Very happy with this purchase. I thoroughly researched the market before I made my choice. They're well built, warm, supportive (sounds like a wonderful wife), and are at a great price point. If you're still on the fence, just buy them.

    Best winter boots around!!

    All my research on the best boots to beat the freezing cold of Michigan winters lead to Rocky. After reviewing all the options, I settled on the BlizzardStalker Pros despite my concerns about how bulky they looked. After all, I didn't relish the idea of the fatigue brought on by shoveling multiple driveways, walking dogs, and trekking through two tracks with heavy, clunky boots (I'm looking at you, Sorel!) As soon as I got them out of the box, all my concerns vanished. Not only are these boots incredibly light underfoot, but they don't give up anything in terms of traction, warmth, or support in exchange for what they save in weight. These boots handled subzero temperatures, snow, muck, and rain this winter and my feet stayed warm and dry. Long story short, if you're looking for a warm winter boot that is as effective as it is efficient, look no further and put these in your cart.

    Great winter boot

    Great winter weather boot. Durable and relatively comfortable. Feet remained dry after walking through a creek. Feet were warm while walking but got cold after sitting for two hours in 20-30 degree weather.

    Good for snow only

    I just bought these and tried wearing them once. After five minutes at work, I went home and took them off because I was sliding all over the place. If you buy these with the sole intention of walking in snow and nowhere else, I'm sure they will keep your feet warm and dry.

    Purchased because I could find no boot to keep my feet warm, now I have a new issue, feet actually sweat in these. Going down to just a pair of cotton socks next trip to the deer stand.
