Men Rocky TMC Public Service Shoes

Tread of the shoes are good but the top edge is coming apart already after 2 months. I have never experienced this before and have been purchasing Rocky for 20+ years. Very disappointed this time.

Have worn these for 15+ years at my Public Safety jobs, and have served me well. I recently purchased two pairs, as I understand that Rocky was discontinuing the TMC Public Service shoes. Keep them in the lineup!

Shoe laces break can’t be tied tightly. Too thin causing incmplete tightness

Garbage shoes, hurt everyday. Had to go to foot doctor because of these shoes. Will NEVER BUY AGAIN!!

These are very similar to the jungle boots I wore for years back in the 80's after Viet Nam. Therefore I like this purchase. The only thing I don't like is the quick lace as the third from the top one drives into my ankle bone causing pain when it is a little tight. The price is very nice though. I did install thicker heel insoles to help keep heel pain away.

I love the style, insole, and overall quality of these shoes! I have only one concern for my feet. The back heel is for me a little too low. As I walk my normal gate - they tend to slip and this is a problem I cannot ignore since I do a lot of walking! Oh and the shoe strings were a little too short too.

I am a retired Postal Clerk, and have continued to wear these shoes for approx 40 years. In the past I have always had good luck with these shoes, they wore well, had good traction on ice, and were comfortable. My most recent pair are a disappointment as one of the shoes hurts my foot on the bottom. I couldnt tell this when I first tried them on, but became apparent after wearing a few hours per day. This pain quit after I went back to my older pair and quit wearing the new pair. I have never had an issue with any of my past Rocky shoes. I didnt bother contacting Rocky about this problem, as I have already wore them for awhile, so I doubt they will do anything about this.

I ordered 3 pairs within a 4 month period and each pair had the exact same issue; one or both of the insoles were too wide! I understood one pair and possibly a second pair but after waiting 2 months and ordered a 3rd pair directly from the company and had the same problem, I was baffled, disappointed and upset. It’s almost like NO ONE is doing any quality control or checking the shoes to ensure they’re right before packaging and shipping. The reason for the second star is the one shoe out of the pair that had the proper sized insole really did feel comfortable.

The shoe is comfortable, but you must get use to the weight of the shoe. The only thing I was disappointed about this shoe was the laces. Laces are of low quality, short for the shoe, and you'd expect longer and better-quality laces especially after dropping $170 for these shoes. Must improve that ASAP.

I purchase a pair once per year. I work in retail and this shoe is very comfortable.

Ordered these a month ago. Can’t comment on wear, but I’ll elaborate. My original order shipped out the following day and when I received them, they weren’t what I ordered. Customer service was quick to remedy it and I had the correct item within a couple days. Tried them on and instantly knew I ordered too big a size. Again customer service was great with the exchange and I got the smaller size about a week later. I have odd sized feet. My right foot is slightly wider than my left, so generally I order a wide but this time I didn’t. I wore them for a day but the pinching was too much for my right foot. After all the hassle I feel obligated to keep them now. What I can speak on is limited. But from the time I wore them I can tell you the material is great quality and will likely last a year in my line of work(ups delivery driver) the insoles are extremely comfortable as well and seem well built. The shoe strings are very short and come untied easily so you’ll likely want to swap them out. The Aside from my personal issues with odd shaped feet I was overall pleased and would recommend these if your in the delivery business.

Quality of shoes going down while prices going up. Issues with side wall sole adhesive.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived. I don't mind paying the money for good shoes, however y'all stopped at the laces. they are of poor quality and too short to tie the shoes. please reconsider this all-important aspect of a great product.

Im a carrier for usps don’t buy this they will hurt your foot. After 2 day of use I had cut in feet I don’t recommend.

I got these shoes less than 2 weeks ago. They looked and felt great. After "ONLY the 3rd day wearing them the first layer of the heel has started to wear away and I am now down to a spongy sub layer. After 5 days of wearing them the top layer on the insoles is starting to separate and roll up. WHAT JUNK I wore New Balance Postal shoes for months and did not get wear like this. "NEVER AGAIN"

Easily the best work shoe I've owned, and I've tried a bunch. I'm on my second pair and loving them. I'm a pipefitter at FoMoCo and I can walk in water, coolant, quench oil, and hydraulic oil in the same day. Nevet felt my footing was compromised. For me there is almost zero break in time, comfortable right off the bat. They last about one and a half years and I work about 60 hours a week so they are durable. As a bonus the cushion in the heel puts me over 6 foot tall lol. Highly recommended.

Purchased these shoes, however I found that this particular shoe was not comfortable on me. return was easy and painless. Rocky emailed me a free return label for USPS or FEDEX Thx Rocky

I was not reminded of my fond memories wearing Rocky Boots Postal’s when I started in kitchens 40 years ago. I was hoping these shoes would be my savior but instead they felt like heck. The uneven and hard footbed made them unbearable and I even had the size correct. What they say about the laces is true, one of the most expensive shoes on the market uses thread for laces. My wife and I LOL when I showed her... I’m so disappointed!!!
