The Boatyard, by XTRATUF, is a 100-percent waterproof collection of leather work boots that provides traction, comfort and protection. This men's 6-inch lace-up boot has a rubber vamp with a saltwater-resisting full-grain leather upper that develops a patina over time. Inside the boots have a breathable waterproof membrane and a Shaped EVA insole. These lightweight boots have same XTRATUF non-marking, slip-resisting Chevron outsole as their rubber counterparts.

Ordered the Wrong Boot

Actually, I wanted the full leather boot that looks very similar. After trying this boot on I decided to keep it. They are great to wear to work or even out for dinner on a messy night.

Great support for rickety ankles.

I appreciate form fit and extra support from laces. They feel great on my old and overused ankles and feet. Excited to see just how waterproof they’ll be as deck boots.

Men’s 6” Leather Deck Boots

Wore them and they fit comfortably right away. Kept my feet dry in the wet grass. Was surprised then the description said leather uppers and rubber soles, that the rubber was also the entire toe area of the boot. Well made

Outdoor work and play in Texas.

Not worn much yet but so far so good. Here in Abilene the conditions aren’t as challenging as some places so the durability is good here. If challenged in a place like Anchorage where we used to live and play, I’d be a bit more cautious. I’ll keep wearing and if negative trends occur feedback will follow. They do seem comfortable right out of the box and size seems true.

Nowhere near as comfortable as the bio lite, laces way too long and eyelet hooks don't hold the laces well. Good quality. Hopefully they evolve into something better.

Perfect for every occasion

I am a property manager. I wear these boots every day. Waterproof and business casual enough to wear in the office. I live in Maine so waterproof is a necessity. About to buy my second pair. Love these boots.

Scratched leather, rubber sole peels away after a week, shoe laces are ridiculously long.

Nice addition

Comfortable and still waterproof takeoff of the original boot. Like the ability to walk around with the laces undone, or done up all the way.

Overall satisfaction.

They are great for a restaurant setting as they are both water proof as well as slip resistant. However, after a while the sole does start to separate from the shoe. Really wish they were made with better quality as I really enjoy how they fit and look.
