    I have worn these boots a couple times, they seem to be a nice boot, seem to be warm and also waterproof or least for the moment, I walked in a creek for 10-15 minutes. The reason for a 4 star, they appear to be wider than a medium, the sides of the boot roll out.

    Rocky boot

    Bought them online. They look like moon boots. Very big in the box area. My last pair were not like this. I worry my feet will move around too much and cause blisters

    Comfortable good fitting boot

    Very happy with these Core Rocky boots. They are lightweight, good traction and waterproof. There hasn't been cold enough weather yet so I can't report on warmth. I've been wearing these for coyote hunting. The cold weather will be here soon enough in northwest Indiana.

    Well. I would have gave them. 5 stars but the first lace hook broke So now I have to skip both of them on one boot other than that, they're very comfortable and I love wearing them.I'm just disappointed that the lace hook broke.

    Stands up well to the winters in Minnesota.

    I have bought these every couple of years for my husband. He is difficult to buy for, but loves the comfort, warmth and waterproof features of these. I would highly recommend these to any one. We live in Northern Minnesota so these get quite the use and can hold up to the rough winters we have.

    Run big!

    I've wore Rocky boots for over 25 years. These boots run very large, not true to Rocky sizing, boots are very bulky

    Great boot!

    Recently purchased for hunting. I am an 11 and I ordered an 11.5 to accommodate a heavier wool sock. The fit is perfect. The boot isn't too heavy and so far I haven't had any trouble navigating my climbing sticks in a tree. They are solid boots but also very comfortable on long treks into the woods. The seem like a very well built boot that will last me a long time. As far as warmth goes, the temperature hasn't dipped below 30 yet but they are very warm in the low 30s. I think I'd be good easily in freezing temperatures. Would recommend

    Rocky Core Waterproof 800 gram Insulated Boots

    I bought these boots a month ago for use during archery season. They are extremely comfortable to walk in and my feet were very comfortable even after sitting in the stand for 6 hours.

    Don't put your feet to close to the campfire. The glue came loose from toe and sole. Other than that, I loved them. Going to order another pair and keep my feet away from the fire.

    Exterior Held Up for 21 years!

    Bought these in Dec 2003 for a trip to AK in Jan 2004. Great boots! Kept my free dry and reasonably warm in sub zero temps. Used only during the winters from then until today. Got them out to shovel snow today and the Scent insole have disintegrated into what feels like a wet mess. Not sure how to get them out but the rest of the boot is in excellent condition. Leather and fabric, no rips, no cracks, but I can stand how my feet feel inside them. So am I supposed to buy replacement? Hate to throw away a boot with good exterior.

    Very warm, but fell apart in a few years

    My previous pair of Rocky boots were bullet proof. They lasted for several years of hard hunting. I literally wore the soles off of them, but the boots held up like a champ. Unfortunately, that isn't the story with this pair. These are very warm, but not as tough. After a few years, they are falling apart. The upper is separating from the sole. Disappointing for sure.

    Fell apart at the seams in two months

    I bought these boots two months ago. Went hunting a few times (granted, in New Hampshire snow) and work outside for part of each day doing winter landscaping. I ask a lot of my boots but hoped these would hold up better. I have contacted customer service and hope they will make this right with an upgrade to a better boot (if they have one).

    Junk

    I bought these last October for our annual November Deer Hunting. The first trip the laces iced up and one of the plastic eyes pulled out when removing the boot, I figured I would deal with it.. Last week I was wearing them and noticed my right foot was wet. The Stitching let loose. Simple math - I owned them 13 months. I wore them on 2 annual trips. Out of warranty - got a 30% discount to buy something else off the website.
