Purchased these before the season. They fit and feel great. Will be put to the test sometime this month. So that’s the reason for only 4 stars.

Good value, good looking boot. I used them on a moose hunt where i did a ton of wading in muck and water and the did a great job keeping my feet dry. However the fit was a bit sloppy im a size 13or 14 in all my footware and the size 13 in these boots are almost too roomy i ended up tearing up my feet pretty good..might be advisable to go down 1/2 size or plan to wear big ol socks

Overall it's the comfort and fit on these boots that make them worth buying, comfort is extremely good, actually the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. The traction is very good for a rubber boot. I also like how high they are and how they hug your calves. First pair I bought leaked like crazy, they where replaced under warranty though, so can't really complain. Main downside to these boots is they take forever to dry out. Expect that just wearing them will make them damp. If you can live with that then you will be happy, if not get boots with removable liners. Warmth is ok, not great, and I don't get cold feat easily. They aren't bulky. I wear mine from September to April, cutting wood, hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, and general wear. After two seasons they are basically garbage, so don't expect a long lifespan if you wear them daily. For me the comfort of them is worth it though. I will say though they are on the expensive side for only lasting two seasons.

I bought these a few years back as a backup pair because they were on sale. My first pair were great and lasted ten or so years. I kept them inside the house. I used them five times and the outer tread is already starting to separate like another reviewer already mentioned. I’m not going back with muck boots. Their quality and value have declined.

I bought these at Field and Stream in October, and the rubber is cracking above the toe already. Only lasted one deer season. Don’t recommend.

I bought a pair of Woody Max 2 months ago to replace a 10 year old pair of Artic Sport that finally wore out after years of use. I chose these as they had a similar comfort range and have been very happy with them. I sit in a tree stand deer hunting in very cold weather and with a pair of toe warmers my feet stay comfortable for two plus hours. Now as the weather warms a bit they are great for walking around and working in the slopy outdoors.

I am a boot person, and the Woody Max is a nice boot. They are light and comfortable.

Bought this boot last year and they are definitely worth the price, other than the foam on the outside gets scratched real easy. I’ve hunted a hundred or so miles in them and my feet feel great in them.

These are my first pair of mucks I have bought . They feel and look awesome! My son and my wife have mucks and love them so I had to check them out for myself and now I will never buy anything but mucks

These Wellies are Comfortable and warm with excellent size and fitting to my feet, it's almost like I'm not wearing Wellies they feel like normal boots, quality is also top notch.

I measured my feet as advised on web site. Perfect fit, great service.

Great for tramping around the wet/muddy/wintry countryside, hunting wildlife with my binoculars and camera!

Only had them 2 weeks but been out everyday in them. Temps ranging from +2 down to -15 and lots of snow. They are comfortable, warm and keep my feet dry. Quality is excellent. I am a size 12, I do find them a tad wider and longer than most my footwear but its not a deal breaker. I would also add a bit of a larger lip on the heel of the boot to make it a tad easier to kick them off.

My Woody Max boots are perfect for mid-season hunting for keeping me warm without being bulky. Great for scent control too! (I've had many deer walk right down my trail)

Very pleased with the boots which are warm and comfortable, especially the extra padding in the sole.

When i bought them i was worried i'd be looking back thinking they wouldn't be worth the price tag as i'm not one to spend a lot on boots or footwear in general but they've exceeded my expectations. They arrived fast, they are warm, really warm. Really comfortable straight out of the box, no rubbing whatsoever. Love them.
