The Apex Pro by Muck Boots is built for high endurance cool and cold weather pursuits or treks that require the performance of an agile boot, but with excellent traction. Reaching 15-inches in height, this pull-on boot, in Mossy Oak camo, is completely waterproof with strategically placed rubber overlays that provide additional protection along the shin and forefoot without adding unnecessary weight. The interior is fully lined with a 4mm CR Flex Foam Neoprene, this boot will keep you warm. A breathable mesh lining facilitates air circulation. A dual density footbed treated BioDEWIX and having a topcover with NZYM mitigates odor and supplies moisture management. Underfoot a Vibram Arctic Grip All-Terrain outsole with Vibram XS Trek Evo compound and New Traction Lug Technology provides superior grip no matter the season and advanced traction on all terrain, including, but not limited to wet ice, snow, mixed/loose surfaces and hard pack.     Nice Boot

    Wore these all day out in about 45*. Never got too hot or cold at all. Love that they are not too heavy and they look great.

    Great traction and warm for a short while.

    I bought these boots to wear out photographing and hunting in the temperatures below freezing. They did keep my feet warm for the first hour but after that my toes were frozen. Still these are a great boot down to around 30 and the traction on these are incredible.

    Better than you would hope for!

    These are my first muck boots and I am very pleased. Fit perfectly and for my use keeps my feet warm in the NW. Well worth the price!

    Muck boots are terrible. Don’t buy them

    I purchased these boots because my last Muck boots only lasted 18 months and I only used them for duck season. Although Muck did give me a discount on this pair of boots they are already falling apart. I took them to Alaska for fishing and the rubber is separating from the neoprene and they are leaking. I am very disappointed with Muck and purchased a different brand for this duck season. These boots were supposed to be good in the cold weather and my feet were very cold in them. Good luck with your’e Muck boot purchase.

    They must improve

    I bought this boots brand new from a reseller and I used them for only one occasion. The problem started the next day that I tried to use them for work. The sole of both boots started to came off. They are brand new boots and I only used them ones.

    Do not hold heat

    As far as traction and ease of slip-on. They are great but they do not hold in much heat and that was the main reason why I bought my old man new boots so a little disappointing but they look nice and they're easy to get on and off. I would not have paid that amount for something that didn't keep him warm though in the description read they were supposed to be warm.

    Excellent boots!

    We bought these boots on the recommendation of my husband. He stated he had similar ones at work. He was impressed with them. We bought them for our son who wore them for the first time snow tubing. Our son was impressed and said his feet stayed warm and dry!

    Good fit and comfortable

    I was skeptical because I read other reviews about the fit being too tight but that was not my experience, have hiked in these boots and found them to be pretty comfortable over rocky terrain.

    Best boots I ever owned!

    I have to say that I was a little leery based on some of the reviews that I read on these, but decided to give them a try. I was very pleasantly surprised. I've got pretty fussy feet and these were totally comfortable from the first time wearing them. They are warm as well, I spend a fair amount of time walking in the snow with my dogs. The fit I would say is true to size. Very nice!

    Well made, insulated so snugger and little heavier

    Warm, comfortable but got a size bigger since the boots were snug around sides and top off foot. Little bit heavier than my last muck boots. They look like they will last a long time! Well made.

    Boot looks great

    Bought them a few weeks ago, boots fit a bit tight. I have other muck boots that fit great, but these feel a bit tighter I wish they had half sizes. I will wear them this hunting season and see how they do.
