The system allows air to circulate in, but it keeps water out. Your feet stay dry, guaranteed.It's hard to beat the warmth provided with the Blizzard Stalker. You'll be prepared for any trek through the snow and subzero temperatures because your feet will be wrapped in 1200g of Thinsulate Ultra insulation.This boot has great traction and helps you grip the terrain with a multi-directional Blizzard outsole.The Blizzard Stalker also is one tough boot. The split suede with 900 denier high-abrasion textile waterproof upper resists tears that the environment might try to throw at you and provides additional waterproofing.Inside, the boot continues to perform. It provides comfort and stability with a removable mesh PU footbed with TPU heel stabilizer. It has a padded Shaped foam collar with an extended tongue, as well as a durable rubber vamp.

    Not happy

    I have worn Rocky boots for years, until they started to make a cheaper boot by putting plastic eyelets at the top of the boot, which break off. I'm not saying the boots aren't warm, but if you can't lace them, what good are they !

    Warm boots perfect for snow

    I bought these a month ago and have used them to hike in the Australian Alps in heavy snow and in a blizzard on a snowmobile. They are extremely warm and either run larger (when compared to other Rockys), or leave room for thicker socks which definitely aren't required. Despite being in knee deep snow at times, my feet didn't get wet. They are relatively heavy so I wouldn't use them for a normal hike in cold conditions, but would reserve them for very cold weather in wet or snow conditions.

    Make a non-CAMO Women's Blizzard Stalker

    It's sad that they no longer make a Women's Rocky Blizzard Stalker- except for hunting. I don't hunt, but live in coldest place in the contential US. My 2002 Women's Blizzard Stalker's heel blew out, so I ordered to smallest men's size. It's TOO Big for my foot and it swims around. I just want to be warm- but not wearing CAMO.

    Stitching gave way after 30 hours use

    Bought these 14 mos ago and don't use them much. I got them to replace my 25 year old pair of Rockies. Yesterday I noticed my one foot was getting wet when walked in a little water. I looked at the top part of the boot by my toes and saw that an inch of the stitching had come undone. I bought these boots because my last pair lasted so long but now they must be poorly made because these are junk! I won't buy another pair of Rockies

    Bought this boot for winter cattle chores. Wow what a disappointment!! Reviews said to get 1/2 size bigger, so I did and way too big. Talked with a service rep and since I stood on the sidewalk I couldn't return them. Most clumsy boot I've ever had. Might have to leave the end gate open on pickup and with some luck they will be gone. Now off to the danner boot web page!!

    Made in China

    I searched for made in USA brands/ companies and Rockyboots came up as a proud American made in USA company. Just received my blizzard stalker and it came from China. I feel mislead

    Warm Feet

    I have owned a pair of 1400 thinsulate Rocky Boots for over 10 years and have used them hunting in subzero conditions continuously, my feet have never gotten cold

    Perfect fit...

    Bought these to replace a similar pair of Rocky boots I bought 10 years ago. If these last half as long as my old pair, they'll bury me in them. I won't be able to give a better review until November. These will be worn in Michigan during the deer gun season. I'd be glad to share photos of the new pair, as well as the old pair. Thanks guys

    I had an old pair that the seams finally came on done everything else look like new but the seams came undone so I bought a new pair and everything is glued together they are poorly made

    Warm at -25 degrees

    I bought these a little while back because I had to go to the temporary land of snow and fridged temperatures called Montana. They performed admirably and kept my feet warm and steady the whole time I was there. About the only down side is in 60deg weather they are insulated enough to make your feet sweat. But that's the price of good insulation.

    The Best Boot

    These boots were the first time my feet stayed dry And warm all winter long. They are extremely comfortable, and good for walking. Truly exceptional hunting boot.

    Very comfortable boots

    I bought a pair of Rocky 1200G boots for deer hunting years ago but ended up wearing them for all my winter activities including hiking. Best boots I have ever owned. They finally started to separate at the toe so needed a new pair. The new ones are almost identical to the previous pair and very very comfortable.
