I wear a size 13 in every shoe. Ordered these in a 13 and they fit like a 14.5. Wayyyyy too big. They were given as a gift so they can’t be returned, and they don’t have a 12. If you order these get at least a size smaller than normal

I have been generally happy with my previous Rocky boots, so I ordered them. Unfortunately, they were lost in shipping, which is really fedex's problem, but Rocky's customer service has been unresponsive and unwilling to be of any use in resolving the issue. I've now had to take it up with my credit card company. They've lost a customer.
