quality has gone way down, boots had glue leaking from all the seams, also are not stitched along the topside the way they used to be, sent them back

I believe I purchased these boots about 8 years ago give or take a year or two. Just now receiving a request to review them. I really like the look. They fit fine after I needed to stretch them width wise. I should have ordered wider instead of the standard D but I made it work. Not my everyday boot, but when I do wear them they get the work wear treatment ( rough). Holding up great. Just put leather conditioner on them & it restores very well. Bottoms still in great shape too.

Great boots for cow work. With the discount, they were a good value too.

I always bought the Original Rocky Branson Ropers & decided this time I would try the Original Rocky Branson Saddle Ropers since they are pretty close in looks except for the pull on holes & stitch different across the top of the foot . I have 2 old pairs that’s still going I just ran out of tread on them since I walk so much for my job . I really love these saddle ropers just las much as I did my first 2 pair . Great boot keep on making them with the round toe .

5 of 5 and 10 of 10 I bought my first pair 15 years ago. They are still going strong but my foot has gotten older and spread out. I love that comfort feel when wearing them. Keep on making them with the round toe, please.

My husband has this same pair of boots and they have lasted 11 years. They have changed the color and it’s the only color this style is available in and the color is terrible. They look yellow or gold. What man wants a pair of boots that color? Go back to the Aztec crazy and ochre color please!!!!

I bought these boots in 2010 to wear in winter while I was living/working in Slovakia. 12 years later they are going strong! I typically only wear them these days to work around the house when it’s wet/snowing. 10/10 would buy again. Very pleased at how well these boots have held up.

My 4th pair best boot to work in plus looks great going out. PLEASE don’t stop making these boots

I’m so torn because I LOVE a this boot and it’s great, but recently they have changed the color of the boot. The pictures color IS NOT what you will get. I have ordered multiple pairs hoping I would get the pictured color and I went to the local shoe store where I have purchased before and same color. I am VERY disappointed bc the new color is light tan and not appealing. Although some people may like the change, it was a big let down. I wish I could find a pair of the color that’s actually pictured on the site. Also this picture isn’t not because of lighting, it’s the actual color of them now. :(

My second pair of Rocky boots had an issue with the stitching. Contacted them after the warranty period. Once they saw the issue they replaced for free. Just purchased my 3rd pair. They are the best work boot I have ever owned and am a loyal customer.

2nd pair- the 1st pair the stitching in the saddle in both boots came unraveled to the point I couldn't wear them any longer. Up until I was satisfied a 1yr working cattle they go through some stuff lol. 2nd pair after 6 months of comfortable wear I had to cut my boot off the bottom decided to give it up and let go.

had these boots 15 year still can wear them but their pretty well worn out. Like the pull tabs. Fit. Height.

3 years and still don’t want to give them up. They have not had an easy life. Basically on my feet 18 hours a day. Still love them.

I bought my rockies approximately 10 yrs ago branson saddle ropers my neighbor asked if he could wear them out with his girlfriend, I said ok ,,well he ended up going mudding and got stuck and jumped out into 2’ of mud needless to say their not that waterproof when it runs in from the top, long story but i sure miss them, cleaned them up but everytime I tried them on again my feet smelled like catfish sure wish I could afford another pair, best boots ever, neighbor said he’d replace but it’s been 4 yrs , if Rocky would donate a new pair to me i will never buy another brand boot for life! ( never lend boots ) or hat!

I kind of bought these for myself for Christmas. I already have a pair of the lace up boots so I figured these would be pretty much the same, minus the laces. When I got them they were really tight on my feet even though I ordered an 11 Wide, just like my lace-ups. I did remember the lace-ups being a bit tight when I got them as well, but these seemed a bit smaller...possibly because they don't have the extra room that the lace ups do? Oh well, either way I ended up buying a boot stretcher because I also have other pairs of boots that are tight on me now too (dang bunions!) And that really did the trick. I left the boot stretcher in there for almost a week, and finally put them on today before I headed into town to do my grocery shopping. I walked all around two different stores and the boots were definitely much more comfortable after stretching them. I am a big fan of Rocky Boots. I used to only wear Justin Boots, Tony Lama Boots and maybe an Ariat once in awhile. But I think I'll be buying these Rocky boots quite a bit instead. Great quality. Great comfort. Great pricing.

I started wearing Rocky boots in 2007 and have purchased a number of pairs since then. In my opinion, Rocky is the best and most comfortable boot made.

He loves the holes for pulling on the boot. These are comfortable and nice looking boots. He buys them every time he needs a new pair. They last a long time and he wears them a lot!
