I bought these boots 2 months ago and several lace holes have ripped through. Not something I'd buy again.

I got these on a Wednesday and received them today. Impressive shipping. However. The side of the boots were caved in on the ankle sides and I’ll have to try reshaping them. The box wasn’t damaged so I’m not sure why that is. The boot feels professional but something is off. Not sure if I’m keeping this pair. What’s the return policy?

These boots are very comfortable and light, with the zipper on the side you don’t have to tie your laces when you are in a hurry.
