An Alaskan staple in the commercial fishing industry with features that apply to a variety of industrial work settings, XTRATUF Legacy boots supply flexible, all-day comfort and the best protection against the broadest range of acids, corrosives, and contaminants. This 15-inch waterproof pull-on boot is made with a signature triple dipping technique, which creates a seamless barrier that is highly resistant to chemicals and contaminants. Our latex neoprene is ozone resistant, and is softer, lighter, and far more pliable than ordinary rubber. Cushioned insoles with arch support help fight fatigue and stress on the legs and back. This insulated version comes with built-in Polymeric Foam insulation to keep your feet warm even when its is -10F/-23C. Recommended half sizes order up.

    Best boots ever!

    I had a pair for as long as I can remember until I moved to NY 10 years ago. I have not been able to find any until I saw a ad online. Hands done the best boots I have ever had.

    Lacking the side gusset for calf fit

    I purchased this insulated boot 2 years ago (except at that time it had a side gusset) and LOVED it. That particular boot does not seem to be available anymore. I purchased this boot as a replacement but the calf is not big enough. The only side gusset option is not insulated. Why is the side gusset not an option with any of the insulated boots?

    Great Boots but les quality than previous pairs

    I bought a new pair to replace a pair bought in 2017, and discover that the inner sole is cheaper flat neopren compared to previous pair with a molded one. The inner liner is now only glued on the back instead of sewn. I am disappointed with the quality...

    Legacy boot

    I’m a commercial charter fisherman in New York montauk area. I bought my legacy boot about 25 years ago and have never failed me holding up in the coldest roughest winter conditions out on the ocean. The reason I believe they have held up so we’ll all these years is “made in USA” stamped right on the top outside of boot. As these boots increased in popularity over the years production ramped up and quality was compromised when they started using offshore Mfg. Seems like increased profit margins is more important than quality materials. Bring production back to the USA

    Swamp feet

    If I could give it less I would. These boots lasted 3 weeks in Bristol Bay. Talk about a nightmare. Spent the rest of the season with swamp boots.

    A hole popped in the

    A hole popped in the leg of the boot with everyday use. I still have my original Xtratufs (Not insulated) from ‘79 and there's not a thing wrong with them. Back when they were made Xtratuf and not Xtrawhimpy.

    These boots are great. Wore them in 0 degree weather, with 2 feet of wet snow to shovel, and they keep me warm and dry. I was wondering if the River would make my feet sweat then freeze but it did not. They stayed toasty and dry even when working hard for a few hours shoveling snow. I would by them again and fit is accurate. The only negative is the off-gasing of the rubber. That will fade but that is the only bad thing I can say about them. Ordering from the website was easy and fast. Thanks for the best winter boots yet.

    Fantastic boots!

    These are fantastic boots. I plan to wear them on my fishing boat, but also for other wet-weather activities. The fit is great (although I needed to order a half size down from what I usually wear.

    Awesome boots, definitely recommend the insulated. They are comfortable and sizing was spot on. I wear a 10 in all other shoes these fit perfect. I would recommend if you have larger calfs go with the wider boots as I have pencil legs and these fit snug with pants on.
