This was a beautiful garland, however part of it’s made out of tissue paper and arrived in sub par condition. When I contacted Target to get a replacement, I did not receive much support since it’s a third party seller. I expected better from Target and from this seller.

Missing Items
I loved this, very cute for my one years old birthday party. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I ordered two and One of the packages did not come with the required string to hand the garland. Very disappointed as I didn’t have any other string to use and no time to go out and purchase some.
