Pretty, but arrived slightly damaged
This garland is absolutely beautiful, but we were lucky we only needed one because a few sections of the second garland were folded over on themselves. Apart from ironing it (can you even iron tissue paper?) I don't know how you would straighten out the folded bottom edges. Each scallop is composed of slices of tissue paper attached to ribbon at the top. I typically like to save decorations to use again, but I'm not sure how reasuable this one is going to be.
