Mermade Double Hair Waver

The Mermaid Hair Double Waver in pink is an absolute game changer for my naturally wavy hair!As someone who already has some natural texture, I’m always looking for tools that enhance my waves without making them look too overdone — and this one does exactly that. The double waver creates soft, beachy waves that look effortless yet polished, like I just walked off the set of a summer campaign shoot (minus the saltwater!).What I really love is how quick and easy it is to use. It heats up fast, glides smoothly, and gives me that perfect lived-in wave in just a few sections. This works well to make pretty waves, and I like that it is small and light-weight. However, it is designed strangely, so that the top wave not a downward U-shape at the scalp, but and upward facing U-shape. This is the opposite design of all wave irons I’ve used.

I have at least 5 other wavers and with this one, I finally get the beautiful waves I want. I Love it so much.

I bought this right before it had to be pre ordered. I was happy I did. I have naturally wavy hair. Not curly. It’s like 2a to 2 b waves. Like a beach wave. My hair is fine , not thick , not too thin. Medium length. I like to curl just the roots or a piece here or there that is wonky , and to give some texture. I don’t need to do my whole head. It’s just a few pieces here and there , so I thought this would be cute because it’s similar to my natural waves. Anyway , it’s fabulous!!!! It just adds some nice waves at my roots where it tends to be flatter and adds some nice texture. I literally did just a few areas and it is fabulous!!! I have always hated the waver crimped look. This is really a game changer and easy as heck to use. I had one from another brand and it didn’t work at all. I got rid of it. Then I saw reviews with this and i thought I’d try. It. It’s fantastic! I’m so impressed with this waver. It is so easy to use. It is less bulky than other wavers. I’m not scared that I will burn myself. I love the look of these waves. The waves last on my thick hair for days. I bought this on a whim and have been using this tool now all the time!

I got the double waver for a special event, it works really well. It doesn't define my waves as much as the other waver i have (cutie) but the softer waves are definitely something different - gives it more of a natural look.

Look... I'm the clumpiest person ever and burn forehead and neck every time I use a flat iron or a curling wand. I saw this "waver" on Mermade's IG and was super intrigued. I already own a hot brush from them and love it so far but also want to try a different hairstyle. The exterior doesn't get burning hot, so I don't burn my neck as per usual lol. Now I know how to do that beach waves look without a flat iron (I couldn't figure it out myself).

I have almost everything from Mermade because I'm obsessed with everything pink. This curler has slowly replaced my other hot tools and I'm not apologising for it!

I had the normal waver from Mermade but gave it to my sister instead because the size was a bit awkward for me to use. This waver is just the perfect size and more ergonomic for me to hold.

I love how my hair stands out in a crowd and strangers ask me how I do my hair :)

I feel like I have more control with the double waver, clamping down seems easier, and it's not as heavy as the other wavers.

It really elevates my French bob, adds more volume and chic-ness!

I'm waitstressing long hours - have to get up early and get home late, so I'm so happy that I don't have to style my hair every day. I used to be so time consuming, but now my style lasts like 4 days with no touchups. On day 4 I clamp the front section and that's it.

I travel for work and I'm so time poor that I never have enough time to do my hair until I bought this crimper. It doesn't give the '80s crimps at all (if you know, you know haha) and my hair looks fantastic every day.
