These are incredibly delicious. My ONLY issue is that I would choose a smaller size. I would prefer 15 or 20 grams of protein rather than 30. I cut it in half when things are going well. I eat it all and roll the dice when self-indulgence wins.

Size reduction
My son and I have loved these bars for a decade. We are greatly disappointed that we noticed a few months ago, the bars were smaller in size. Since there was no nutrition facts changes, we thought it was just an error in production. Even more disappointed to purchase new boxes and now the boxes themselves are smaller, again with no change in nutrition facts explaining any change. Love the bar, greatly disappointed in size reduction and no transparency.

Helps count calories and satisfy cravings
When I want to restrict my calories and/or am in a rush, these bars are my go to choice. I like the crunchiness and the sweet cookies and cream flavor. It can be a little dry so I usually have black coffee or an energy drink with it.

Big hundos
I have been eating these since childhood. I find it outrageous that they are clocking a sub 5 star rating online. These are the only protein bar that doesn't taste like trash. Somedays they are breakfast , lunch and dinner for me when I can't meal prep. When I wake up I can't fathom anything more sacred and heartwarming than a super cookie and black coffee. Yet. For some reason they don't seem popular as I often seem to be one of just a few buying them from the nearby stores based on the stores' restock to my purchase rate. In the scenario that a store only has a few super cookie crunches left I am willing to entertain a physical escalation for purchasing rights if one of the other few big 100 consumers and I cross paths. My word I love these.

It felt like I was eating a candy bar, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. No unpleasant aftertaste. There is quite a bit more sugar in this bar that what I typically go for. I had a slight stomachache after finishing, but it subsided pretty quickly. Quite enjoyable overall, though the sugar content would likely cause me to choose a comparable product in store.
