Q: Can this hold half or full cord of wood?

submitted by The Critic - 5 months ago

  • A: It has a bottom area of 7 square feet with dimensions of 57.1" W x 16.9" D x 57.1" H. While it can hold a portion of firewood, it's designed more for seasoning and storing moderate amounts rather than holding a full cord of wood (which is 128 cubic feet). A half cord would likely fit, but a full cord would exceed its capacity. The open side design also helps wood dry, so it works best for organized, ventilated storage of split logs rather than stacking a large volume.
