The lightweight Metabo HPT NT50AE2 2 in. 18-Gauge Brad Nailer is an ideal tool for small carpentry projects. It features a high-capacity magazine, exhaust vent, easy depth-of-drive adjustments, and a removable nose cap for prolonged tool life. This pneumatic brad nailer will help you tackle everything from cabinet installation and picture-frame assembly to furniture construction and finish work.
Selective actuation allows the user to select bump fire or contact fire modes with the simple flip of a switch
Accepts 5/8 in. to 2 in. 18-gauge fasteners
At only 2.2 lbs., this finish nailer is lightweight and well-balanced making it easy to use all day long
Visual nail reload indicator located on the magazine, alerts the user when nail quantities are low so that blank drives are avoided
Tool-less easy to clear nose for quick and simple nail extraction should a nail jam during use

For the first time of my life, I will not recommend a metabo or hitachi product, I have just about the whole line of product and for the first time this nailer is not up to the metabo name, it jams often and often also. We have to take it apart to get it started. Again. Very disappointed with that Nailer But still I recommend the metabo brand for all the other tools available

This Brad nailer replaces an almost 15 year old Bostitch that was little used but became troublesome…the Metabo, of which I have the stapler, is a great reasonable replacement.

This is a very nice nailer. My old nailer died mid-project so I found this nailer as a quick replacement. It performed flawlessly for me. I shot about 500 nails with zero misfires. Loading is easy . The feel is excellent. It comes with so very nice case . Can’t beat it!

Even at full power, 100psi, freshly oiled, this struggles to fully drive a 2 inch Brad. 1.5 inch is fine, also the magazine usually jams if the string of brads is not 1 piece, I like the nailer with the above exceptions

This brad nail gun has worked flawlessly for thousands of rounds. No problems whatsoever. The 5 year warranty is a great feature. I like the gauge that shows when it's time to reload. The auto-repeat feature is handy as well. Highly recommend

I purchased this Nailer 9/12/24 It doesn't get a tremendous amount of use, I build bird houses and such. It's not even a year old and it stopped working, just won't shoot anymore. I really liked how easy it is to handle, I have small hands so it worked really well for me. I had to go buy a new nailer to finish my project. I'm not happy.
