Easy and quick to assemble. Sturdy and rigid once assembled the way you'd expect a metal bench to be. It is also lightweight enough to move it when needed. Others have said the color is not red, and I agree it looks somewhat mauve or pinkish sometimes--depending on the light. The overall impresssion, though, is definitely in the red family. The bird design and slat seat are very attractive and inviting. I love it and use it often while working in the garden.

I bought this bench for my backyard. I like the color, it is very beautiful. And the bench is very sturdy but not very heavy, I take it back home when it rains, only put it in the backyard when it's sunny. It is very easy to assemble it. Really like it.

I love this bench. The only problem I had was attaching the screw covers. They will not stay on. This is not a big issue but it would have been nice to be able to hide the screws. Other than this minor issue it is a very sturdy and pretty addition to my front garden.
