This is a really cute and heavy wax snake, but Target finds it impossible to pack delicate items appropriately. It arrived all banged up and chipped, with zero protection. They just threw it into a large box with other heavy items, and they all ruined eachother on their way to me.

I, like several other people, received a damaged candle. Not sure why this issue isnt flagged and addressed with their warehouse(s). Can probably just paint it myself since I dont plan on burning the candle.

Target let me down
So disappointed with target. I ordered this cute snake candle and they didn’t even wrap it they just tossed it in the box and all the gold came off of it and flaked all over everything else in the box. So disappointed. Now I can’t display it.

Order 2 times and both times they arrive in very bad condition, no bubble or paper wrap. It looks like they were all over the box.

I was so excited to get this candle, but it has no packaging so the one I received has several spots where the gold paint is scraped off. Either the wax can’t be black or it has to be packaged to protect the paint.

Beware of ordering online
Just like the other reviews state, this candle was packaged so poorly. Literally thrown in a box without being wrapped in paper or bubble wrap. This led to the gold overlay scraping off and the candle arriving damaged as it just tossed around in the box without any protection. I’m sure it’s great if buy it in person but beware of ordering online. Also- this happened TWICE as my original one arrived damaged, also just thrown in the box and now the replacement is even worse.
