A:Â I wouldn’t use it on a cutting board. It leaves a slight greasy layer. Best for tables, wood doors, dressers, wood coffee tables... would want my food touching it

I personally would not use it to clean my cutting boards. I recommend googling "how to clean a wood cutting board" if you need information on what to use to clean your cutting board.

I have tried 2 other natural wood cleaners available at Target. Nothing compares. The last one started removing the finish on my dining room table.y only complaint is that it isn't always in stock. Also yoh have to get used to the consistency. It is a little more oily than a multisurface solution so you have to wipe/buff it before it dries and builds up.

We have some very old wooden furniture that wasn't well taken care of, this product hasn't made it look like new but it's helping it come back to looking good. I'm very scent-sensitive but this is fairly mild and pleasant. Very happy with this product and plan to keep purchasing it.

I absolutely love this product! I originally bought Murphy Oil Soap and hated it. This product is MUCH better. I LOVE the almond scent and wish it came in a room spray. It cleans so much better and effortlessly and smells much more pleasant than Murphy as well. My only complaints are that I wish this came in a refill (I only see one for hardwood floors, which is a different formula) and I don’t like that it has a brown color added. When you’re cleaning, it’s helpful to be able to look at your rag and get an idea of how much grime and dirt is coming off of whatever you cleaning and you can’t really see that with this product because it is already brown.

I've used this to clean a wood dining table, a piano, and a desk. It's worked well on all of them and not damaged the finish. The almond scent is noticeable and a bit perfumey, and though I don't find it overwhelming, I would prefer if it were unscented. I also find it a bit overpriced compared to the all-purpose cleaners from this brand.
