Not only does it help people with vitamin B deficiencies, but it also can have a positive impact on your mood. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a blood disorder that requires a folate supplement and also a MTHFR mutation that means my body cannot process folate but needs methyl folate, these are exactly what I need. I like that I only have to take it once a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been talking methylfolate for years b/c I have something called the MTHFR gene mutation (two of the mutations) and basically my body has trouble converting folic acid so I typically have a folic acid deficiency. I like that there no preservatives and/or unnecessary additives & the scent isn’t strong to the capsules. I’d recommend to someone looking for methylfolate BUT never start something like this without first consulting a healthcare professional please! Packaging was simple.
