A: Midol Complete Caplets can be cut or crushed to make it easier to swallow. It should be safe to crumble in a spoon of water or applesauce as long it is taken within a reasonable time frame. Tablets and caplets should not be chewed.

This is soooo good for cramps especially if you need something to put in ur bag on the go 10/10 recommend. I prefer bringing it when I know that I’ll be out and won’t have something quick to relive pain

I LOVE Midol, it is a LIFESAVER. For years I really struggled to find anything that worked for cramps, a few helped some, but it didn’t target the other symptoms like this does. This works absolutely fabulously. It’s also very reasonably priced for how well it works. It’s also super easy to store, open and use, the instructions are very clear and dosage information is super easy to find,

My life depends on midol when it’s that time of the month! Honestly after taking it, within 20/30 min. I’m feeling much better. There’s really no aftertaste or smell and the packaging is safe and easy to open, lasts me a couple months !
