just okay.
these were just okay. they have, in my opnion, a very strong anise taste, which im generally not a huge fan of. Also, despite being more than half a days worth of sodium, they still somehow tasted under salted. The noodles were a great texture, but they do need a LOT of water to cook in compared to instant noodles (they're more like dry pasta).

Better sauce please
Portion size is good, plenty of noodles for 1 person and I’d compare the portion to a normal pack of ramen noodles. Quality of the noodles is really good, they have a good toothsome bite to them. I like that it’s a “dry” noodle, no extra broth. That being said, the sauce is where things falter a bit. It’s quite oily which is fine but I think the oil drowns out the flavor of the caramelized scallions. If there was a broth to this it would probably be completely flavorless. This could benefit from some more soy or even Bachan’s bbq sauce to help get more flavor going. On its own, the noodles would be a great side for an Asian style dinner. The price is also a bit of a negative considering you can get a pack of ramen for a buck or less and you’re getting about the same quantity of food. I’ll probably try some of their other flavors because I enjoy the Mila brand, but I’m 50/50 on buying these again. Maybe only if they’re on sale!

Not enough sauce and topping for the price.
Needs more sauce and toppings. Prep is easy and the noddles seem to be of good quality. I can see where they were going with the flavor but there isn’t enough sauce to let the flavors stand out so the noodles really take over and in the end are a bit bland. A bit more sauce and this could be a winner.

Soy sauce spaghetti
It’s spaghetti with soy sauce. Absolutely nothing in this justifies the price. Stick with momofuku if you’re looking for easy but slightly elevated noodles (aka step up from top ramen)

Disappointing
Not much flavour, basically a less flavourful indomie - just buy indomie, it’s like 5x cheaper and 10x more flavourful

Go-To Frozen Noodle
These are great noodles! Not sure why others don't like them. If you are looking for NOT spicy noodles with a gentle oniony flavor and nice oily-ness to them, these are delish. They are simple and you can add anything you want to them which makes them my favorite of all of them. So EZ - 6 minutes in boiling water, add the sauce packet and tasty fried onions on top.

I wasted $6.99 on this
Sounded good but it's bland and the portion is too small for the price.

Not enough sauce and seasoning
The sauce that comes with this packet is not enough. To make it more flavorful, I ended up adding additional sauces such as soy sauce, oyster sauce and hoisin noodles. For some protein, I added 4 scrambled eggs. And add in green onions for garnish. I would also add in crushed peanuts if I had any. These are good enough for 2 servings. The sauce packet and noodles aren't going to make this noodles good. You have to level it up. If you don't have any of the extra ingredients that I listed earlier, don't waste your time buying it.

So overpriced, hard pass.
I picked these up in the store because the idea of it sounded amazing! And then immediately put it right back in the freezer when I realized how small this package is. I mean the package itself is decent size, but there's like 4 freaking noodles in there. For nearly $9, this is absolutely insane unhinged pricing. For $9 you could buy noodles and green onions and make multiple large batches of the same thing. Hard pass.

I made a vegan order (I don't eat meat), with these noodles, the delicious umami sauce, and yummy vegan dumplings. I have to say, after having the oil and dumplings first, I was quite disappointed in these noodles.
I made a vegan order (I don't eat meat), with these noodles, the delicious umami sauce, and yummy vegan dumplings. I have to say, after having the oil and dumplings first, I was quite disappointed in these noodles. First, I was expecting fresh frozen noodles, but these are dry. Ok fine, just cooked it as per the instructions. As someone who considers themselves a picky eater and likes more bland food, these noodles with the included sauce were BLAND! I had to add a ton of other things for it to have any flavor. I thought I had covid, I couldn't taste anything until I put some of the umami oil on it and could actually taste something. The second time I had this, I cooked the noodles in salt water and it made a world of difference. I haven't had to cook any other ramen or premade noodles in salt water before to taste something, they are all flavorful with what comes in the package, so I was very surprised after having the other delicious things I ordered. Overall, after adding salt and the umami oil, this gets 3 stars. The first bowl I tried I would have given this 1 star, and I like bland food!

We love the soup dumplings and the spicy noodles. What I don't understand is why the sauce package is larger for one noodle choice than the other. With the dan dan noodles there is so much sauce that I add more noodles.

I LOVE my MìLà products. The noodles are so delicious. And as for the soup dumplings, I had never been able to try them as there were no vegan ones that I knew of, but dang, here they are! I love the sauces and literally want to eat this stuff every day.

The noodles were very bland. It did not go well with the dumplings at all. The dumplings were ok since I had to make the dipping sauce for it, I didnt have a chance to eat it super hot.
