No taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being an Indian consumer I know Indian spices. Chick pea masala is very poor in taste and texture and aroma basically there is no taste or flavor in this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute packaging and I like that the ingredients are separate. I’m not the biggest fan of chickpeas but I think someone who liked them would really enjoy this. The taste of the sauce was good and I preferred it on just the rice. I like that it’s got a lot of fiber in it just wish the fat was a little lower. Makes for an easy meal and nice and portable to bring to work. I would like to try another variety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first , because how exciting can a rice bowl be ? It was PACKED with wonderful flavor. It was very easy and quick to make ( great for work and school lunches ). When you first look at it , it doesn’t look appetizing, almost like wet pet food. But I sprinkled some cheese on top and added chicken sausage for dinner and it looked much better, I also put it in a nice bowl. I would definitely purchase this product again and eat it as is or add extra toppings next time. It was a major yes for me for being so fresh, flavorful and healthy !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tasty Bite bowl was super easy to make and only took a couple minutes in the microwave. It doesn’t need to be kept in freezer. This would be perfect for a quick easy lunch at home or at the office. It wasn’t spicy really at all to. The rice and chickpeas were pretty tender and sauce was smooth. The taste reminded me of curry, it was pretty mild. It love to try different flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty tasty for a shelf stable, ready to eat product. The spice composition was spot on and the textures were nice as well. However, there is a challenging design flaw - the film encasing the contents of the bowl. The instructions are "Peel back film without removing.". The adhesive method used makes this a problem. The film is so strong that it was both challenging and time consuming (not to mention frustrating) to accomplish this.

It was so delicious and good, needed a little salt but it really shocked 😳 how good it was. Kept me full all night; the taste was amazing and the smell so yummy too. There was no aftertaste only full mouth of flavor. I will definitely 💯 recommend this one. Yummy 🤤

For the portion size, it does have a good amount of protein as a little snack or quick lunch. I will say that the flavor was not super rich and overall it was kind of bland. The masala had a great flavor without being too hot. The packaging was good, with separate punches that combined together into the bowl it's packaged in.

It could use a little more spice but overall a nice flavor. However, the high sodium content of this product makes me less likely to purchase in the future.

Okay for a quick bite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The food is pretty easy to cook from the packaging. You just microwave it for 90 seconds and your meal is ready! The things I did not like however were the taste of the food and the macros. It’s advertised as a protein bowl however it’s 380 calories for just 11 grams of protein. I prioritize a higher protein intake ~ around 30-40 grams per meal so I will not be repurchasing. The taste was also very different from any chick pea masala bowls I’ve had and just didn’t do it for me.

The convenience is great you just have to throw it in the microwave. Was not spicy, had an odd flavor tho. Ingredients looked good and the portion was good.
