How do you cook MiLa Frozen Soup Dumplings?
1. In a large wok or pan, bring 2-3 inches of water to a rolling boil.
2. Place dumplings in lined bamboo steamer basket or any steamer basket of your choice. Make sure to leave a 1 inch gap between dumplings.
3. Steam dumplings for 11 minutes (until internal temp. reaches 165°F).
4. Remove from heat and rest, covered, for 1 minute. Serve with your favorite sauces and enjoy! Works as a great comfort food!

These are delicious! I was looking for decent frozen soup dumplings a while ago with not much luck. I saw these in store today and decided to try the chicken ones. I followed the recommended directions on the back, which is to pan fry them for a couple minutes, then add water and cover to steam to for a few more minutes. They came out perfect! None of them broke, so they are full of broth. The texture is great and they are very flavorful. Also if you’re counting calories/macros- I ate the entire bag, which is only 300 calories, 4g of fat, and 24g of protein. I almost skipped them in store because the price seemed high for the amount, but they were definitely worth it. I will be going back to get more.

Great flavor, Frozen dumplings cant maintain soup
Really really loved the flavor especially over the target branded one. I chose to cook it the panfried way (i usually get it this way when i’m out) and I think I’m not very good at it first try because i watched some soup seep out of multiple and then they got stuck on the pan. I do think there was little soup inside, but I find that to just be a part of any frozen soup dumpling i’ve tried. A little pricey, but if i can cook it well , more affordable than purchasing at a restaurant.

There's no soup or any juice whatsoever. It's actually super dry and bland. Pricier than others, taste is meh, and it doesn't come with any sauce. Hard pass.

As good as anything you can find in the best restaurants in New York or Seattle, Milas soup dumplings steam up in just 11 minutes and, just like that, you have a full meal of dumplings bursting with flavor. I favor the black vinegar sauce for dipping, but any of the Mila sauces (or a combination of all three) are equally amazing. Yummy!
Omg I had low hopes but these were rly good . I did pan fry method then the steam as directed. I put it in a bowl with some soy sauce and chili crisp. So good. I ate the whole pack. It’s a bit pricey but good. The soup itself inside the dumpling is delicious. The chicken is like a solid ball of mince chicken not like separated if that makes sense? That threw me off a little but I literally ate the dumpling whole so you don’t really see the texture
