We had bad luck with twice this year (2025) with Milkbones infested with what’s called “Drugstore Bugs” check on Google. These bugs, already in the biscuits “dough”, survive the production cycle, come out some weeks after we purchased the box. We immediately put the milk ones into separate ziplock bags. About 3 weeks later the bugs were all over the biscuits. This was the 2nd time we had this happen but didn’t know why until we googled it. We returned the box with biscuits and bugs to Target. Please pass on this information to the manufacturer. Thank you.

We always have a box of milkbones on hand. These are great to use as a crunchy treat or broken up as a training reward. I can appreciate the nutritional value in these too- I can give both my dogs multiple per day without worrying about it affecting their weight. Why give your pups plain old original flavor when they could have a variety pack! I like to think the yellow one tastes like cheese.

The texture is pretty rough The size is just right for my dogs and they love the taste they are perfect for training. My dogs have a preference to certain collar more than others. I don’t know about the ingredients. And the package is recyclable.
