Bought 2 of these for the school year and they were both broken within 30 days of use. The little spring came off the latch and the bottle won’t close. Contacted the company for a replacement and they are sending 1 replacement lid that may or may not match the bottle.

Poor lid design and scratches easily
Poor lid design and scratches easily. Leaks more than some others. The mouth spout cannot be removed and water gets trapped in there and promotes mold. I ordered a replacement lid from the manufacturer hoping it would be an updated design but it wasn’t and thenwithin a very short time it broke after a drop and the mouthpiece would no longer close. I moved on from there to a different water bottle.

Lid clasp thingies broke without exerting excessive pressure, first one side then the other. this style lid seemed better than the other with the latch but in the end they both broke. we only hand wash the lids. bought it in February this year.
