A: Hi, yes, you can use this design with a wall dimmer switch. If you are going to be using LED bulbs, just make sure the LEDs are dimmable and that the dimmer is LED compatible. Thank you for the question.

I really like the way this looks on my covered front porch. It seems to be very good quality and comes with quite a long chain so could be very versatile for a variety of installations. It was hard to get the wires through the tiny hole up to the chain and that wasn't clear from the instructions. It took me a quite a while and some re-do's but thankfully I didn't ruin anything.
