Red Algae Treatment Essence is made with 100% Irish Moss Extract, a type of Red Algae that strengthens the skins defense and combats external stimuli that might harm it. Improves firmness and texture
I use this twice daily prior to a sheet mask. I can see and feel firmness in my 56 year old skin when I apply this with my hands followed by a hydrating sheeting mask. This combo has made a huge difference in my skin’s firmness and texture.

Great for night routine
Love how this feels on my skin! Usually I use this in my nighttime skincare routine. I'm currently pregnant, and according to this one website I check, the ingredients are pregnancy safe. I used this prior to pregnancy as well and I feel like it evens out my skintone.

One of my skincare staples!
So glad this is back in stock. I believe it was discontinued for a while. This is my third bottle. I just hope this is the same formulation as before. It is the only thing that helps reduce the redness around my nose. It also improves the texture of my skin all around for a subtle glow (similar to the pricier essence from a different well known brand, which is more effective but does not help my redness). I use this every morning and will continue to purchase.

Expectacular.
Im torn this got discontinued. This is a great product, super hydrating and I feel my skin is so plumped and juicy every time I use it. I can’t speak for its antioxidant qualities, but I can say it does help a lot with my breakouts and overall sensitivity due to retinization.

I am loving this toner

My New Favorite Essence
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Time Revolution The First Essence for years, but I thought I'd try the Red Algae Treatment to see if I liked it as much as the original. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Red Algae Treatment is my new favorite! This liquid feels a bit thicker than the First Essence, but it absorbs well without being sticky and makes my skin feel soft and bouncy. After using the Red Algae Treatment regularly, I noticed my skin doesn't look as red and seems to have a more even tone. I'll definitely keep a bottle of this stuff on hand as long as Missha sells it!
