  • A: you should not really use it before makeup as like a primer. include it in your skincare. i don’t think this should be used as a primer for before makeup because you will need a moisturizer.

  • A: Cleanse, use toner, and then use essence. Serums to follow, moisturizer, SPF, primer, then makeup. Use AM & PM after cleansing and toner. This is a typical K Beauty step.

  • A: Same problem for me getting the power essence out. Yes, a top stopper removes BUT the plastic bottle is not flexible. The bottle CANNOT BE SQUEEZED. I see larger containers have a pump. I’m resorting to sticking a toothpick down the opening in the top of the bottle.

    i love this product dowwnnn. Everyone always asks me why my skin "glows so much", and "what do i use". And this is my answer: CORSX Snail Mucin Vanicram Moisturizer Black girl sunscreen This thing is a little slimy, but not too much.     Good but not great

    Tried this to see what all the hype was about and found the effects to be quite underwhelming. Typical moisturizers do a better job. Also there is no ethical way to extact snail mucus, dont let yourself be fooled.

    I swear by it….

    I am not an influenfer whatsoever and not getting anything free for writing this. I swear by it! I have been getting so many compliments on my skin the past few weeks and its because of this stuff right here. I use it after my toner and before my moisturizer. Get it, you will love it!

    I started a new skincare

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started a new skincare regimen about a year ago to deal with my hormonal acne I developed in my late 30s. COSRX in general has been a lifesaver. My daytime routine includes the low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser, AHA/BHA toner, Blackhead Power Liquid, and the oil-free moisturizer. I incorporated the snail mucin gel cleanser + Power Essence to my nighttime routine and I LOVE it. The feel of the essence takes some getting used to - I would recommend using at night just because it does stay a bit tacky for a while and I don't know how it would do under makeup. I also only need just a tiny dab to cover my whole face, which I love. I follow up with the snail mucin moisturizer, and I am so obsessed with the results. Not only does my skin feel incredibly soft and smooth in the morning, but I do feel like it has really helped keep my breakouts in check. I've only been using it for about a month, and to see these types of results so quickly is really encouraging. Great products!

    Severe skin reaction and damaged skin barrier

    I used this a few days ago and it gave me the worst skin reaction ever and completely damaged my skin barrier. My skin is so red and in so much pain still and its been a few days now. It also gave me breakouts.

    To be honest, for me

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, for me I didnt really notice too much change. . . so I'm not sure if it was doing much. I was only ever using it on my neck area, and it definitely felt more hydrated, and maybe the wrinkles looked slightly less deep. Everybody talks to highly about Snail Mucin being a "holy grail" for them, but it might be a bit overhyped. NOTE: if you have a dust-mite allergy, definitely proceed with caution (i know i do, because i went to the allergist to get environmental testing done). Apparently snail mucin is a common cross-reactor w/ dust mites. I was fine thankfully, since i didnt ever use this particular product on my face (and the skin on your face is more reactive usually bc it has more pores & hair follicles there). But for all my dust-mite allergy peeps, i would try something else! Cosrx has other hydrating products :)
