Q: does the bar swing when you are using it? would it possibly hit the wall if the toliet paper roll is almost gone? I don't want that similar issue that can happen with a towel ring holder: it hits the wall when you use it.

Nice for Price
This and the matching hand towel holder were impluse purchases to get my free ship minimum. However, once I received they were so nice! The weight is fantastic and they look much more expensive. For the price and the fact these are in a guest bath that won't have daily use, I would recommend for sure.

Sturdy and works well
We had Moen toilet paper holders and they were no match for toddlers. This one is sturdy, heavy (but not so heavy that you need industrial screws), and looks very nice. Have bought in black and brushed silver, and both look great, not cheaply coated.
