Don't buy. Quality is very bad. Break super easily
This is a really crappy product. The quality is very bad. I purchased this showerhead less than 6 months ago and the showerhead cradle cracked. The replacement part costs almost as much as a new one. Your money is better spent else where.

Moen recommends you hand tighten the handheld cradle and then use pliers with a rubber grip to make a ¼” turn. Shower Head connection to pipe
I bought this shower head in February of this year (2023). While taking a shower the other day the head disconnected from the pipe on the wall (very scary). The maintenance personnel for my apartment checked the shower head for me and he showed me the threads on the part that connects to the pipe on the wall appear to me stripped. He applied plumbers tape and it is holding for right now. Very disappointed that the shower head had an issue in just 9 months. I didn't go with a cheap shower head, I chose Moen because their products have a respected reputation. Very disappointed.

Great shower hose but...
I installed this shower hose last week however it leaked at the neck. I believe the washer provided was too soft. It also leaked when I used Teflon tape. I solved the issue by going to a local hardware store where I purchased a new beveled washer made of harder rubber. Leak solved! Moen should review and reconsider the washer provided.

Hose broke.
The hose broke and I was unable to locate a replacement on the website. Also, I felt the water flow wasn't strong enough. Loved the install ease. No plumber's tape required. Just screw it on. Where has that been all our lives?

Good shower head....terrible cradle
After using the head for approx. 2 months, the plastic part of the cradle that screws to the shower arm is leaking at the threads. TERRIBLE design. Should have been constructed of metal rather than plastic.

Not much water pressure
This shower head is good for those people who like to save water and do NOT like much water pressure. The water pressure is severely lacking with this shower head, especially in the wide coverage mode. The pressure would need to be 50% higher to make it suitable to use. It was easy to install. I do like the push button to change the settings. I also liked the magnetic dock, as well. Although, I would not buy this again due to the lackluster water pressure. Hope this helps!

quality of docking fixture ruins the product
The docking fixture is made of a "plastic like material" which after time begins to fail and as a result makes the entire unit useless. For a few dollars more to make the docking fixture out of metal you would probably reduce your complaints 80% (based on the reviews I read) and I would rate this product good/excellent. I'll be interested to see if you improve the quality of the your dock or increase your complaints!!

Only had it for a month, but could not be happier with the purchase. Easy to install, six nice flow settings with just a push of a button, a powerful magnetic dock that allows for easy placement of shower head back to dock, and it looks good!

Very nice features!
This is the best shower head that I have ever purchased. The finish looks fantastic and the magnetic connection is awesome. Another great feature is the button on the shower head that let's you change the spray.

Disappointed
I always thought Moen was a good product. However, after 18 months the button that controls the spray stopped working. I've tired cleaning it with no avail. Not something I would recommend to buy.

Installing and it only came with 2 washers and not the required 3. Very disappoinrted. Had to go to neighbor to get one.
