These are so good! I agree that they are a little saltier than I expected but the tingle is a perfect introduction to Sichuan peppercorns, delivering a super manageable level of tingly heat. This is a great solution to busy schedules as they can easily become a complete meal with some vegetables and protien.

The first time I bought these noodles, I ate them for 1 week straight! Not because I had to, but I wanted to. I remixed the Momofuku Chefs’ noodle recipe on YouTube & instantly became addicted. With any of their noodles you MUST boil them AND season them yourself or they will be gummy and bland. I used the Momofuku Chilli crunch and another Japanese Teryaki sauce to add & it was *chefs kiss*! I even tried a shrimp Alfredo dish with these noodles & it was the best. 10/10!

These are so flavorless you have to be the type of person to eat everything without seasoning to like them

I feel like they were to salty and it was almost as if the saltiness and spiciness were fighting for the number 1 spot. I did read that some people used 1 seasoning packet for 2 noodle serving. I could see that but 1 or 1 is not good.

Picked these up on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! I love them! Just the right amount of heat and good flavor. I ate them with a soft boiled egg. Such a quick, tasty, and filling lunch! Immediately ordering more!

If you’re looking for a spicy noodle this is not it! (I consider my self a Spicy Noodle connoisseur, lol) but these are Very Bland but the noodles are decent. Not worth the price. Noodles= 5/10, sauce= 2/10, spice= .5/10

This is a staple in our kitchen, so good! We make it with a box of bone broth, add two noodle packs but only one tingly chili sauce, season to taste then serve with dumplings. Perfect every single time.
Delicious start!

The noodles are so fun! The spice is quite enough for my tastes. What I love is the fact that this is a base. I just made another batch and added a splash of soy sauce and maybe a teaspoon of peanut butter to the sauce packet: YUM!! These are really a base, which is something I’m loving so far to play with for some interesting combos!

Have seen these everywhere and wanted to give it a shot with as a side dish. My local target had them so I thought I would give it a shot. After arriving home and preparing the entire meal I noticed it was expired by 4 months! That’s crazy to think no one in store has caught an item that was 4 months past the due date.

Not a noodle fan, but have heard great things about David Chang so I decided to try the Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles. Used 1/8 of the chili oil packet because I don't like hot & spicy anything. While the texture of the noodles was delicious and decadent, after several minutes it became painful to chew. Within 10 minutes developed small blisters on my gums and wasn't able to eat for 2 days. Returned the noodles to Target for a full refund.

The texture of these noodles are great the flavor is a little subtle but still tasty and spicy. This is a great noodle base, albeit a little on the expensive side.

I got the spicy soy noodles and they were delish. I really don’t understand all the bad reviews here. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

I was intrigued by these at the store and decided to try. I love all things noodles. Reading the reviews beforehand I was a bit nervous about how spicy it would be. Prepared as directed (boiled noodles-4min, drained, add sauce) and went easy with the sauce at first. The smell and taste was not what I expected based on what I perceived from just the package visual. That said, after my brain got past that, I added all the sauce, quickly cooked an egg and I did enjoy it. I would not classify this as too spicy and I am not high heat tolerant. It does have a little bite as you go, but it didn’t linger or stay burning on my lips or tongue. It would be even better dressed up with some fresh scallions. I will enjoy again.

the noodle is pretty much A-sha hakka noodles, which is great. The sauce is good, but I prefer the spicier A-sha chilli sauce, which is also considerably cheaper than this.

These are terrible. I really hoped they would be flavorful and spicy. Nope. They are awful. Buy the cheap stuff and add spice. These are not worth it.

I am Southeast Asian American and a huge fan of ramen, pho, and all kinds of instant noodles but these were so bad I couldn’t finish them. Flavor tasted like something went wrong and noodles were a weird chewy texture that made them quite literally hard to swallow. You can get cheaper ramen or make your own for much better 😬

At first I thought they were spicy but tasteless. Then I added beef bouillon to the water as the noodles boiled and wow. The noodles really soaked in the flavor of the broth. I also added scallions. I’ll try adding some protein next. I did find them very spicy. Any spicier and I couldn’t have eaten them. My lips are still tingling. None of that ramen noodle aftertaste that I hate as well.
