Not very spicy - so good for those with a more mild preference. Really good with some cruncy chili oil and quick steak - that's how we make it at home. Delicious!

Of the three varieties, this was my favorite. The noodles are great and the sauce is a good base, but worlds better with some momofoku chilli crunch mixed in. Without it, the sauce leads with too much straight soy flavor.

It was not bad but the thing I disliked was it was very salty and a bit too chewy. I had to boil the noodles for long time and it wouldn’t cook? It did eventually and I ended up adding an egg and Sriracha. To give it a better taste.

These are my favourite momofuku noodles! I've tried the other spicy/chilli noodles from momofuku but to me they're not really spicy and I would need to add some crunchy chilli oil on top to feel the heat. But these, maybe it's because of the tingly feeling, don't need anything else! I'm not even someone that enjoys the numbing spice. These are the perfect moderate amount of spice for me personally, but I would consider myself to have a decent tolerance to spice.
