A:Â Hi! It's really quick and easy to make these noodles. Just add the noodles to boiling water, cook for 3 mins, drain the noodles, mix in the sauce packet, and enjoy!

I really enjoy these noodles! The flavor is very spicy, and they're good even without anything added to them (though they also invite additions to elevate the experience). As a vegetarian, I appreciate the extra protein, and the ingredient list is very wholesome-looking compared to most instant ramens. It's nice to have another kind of instant noodle to add to my rotation, and this might be my new favorite since Target no longer carries the Maruchan Gold Spicy Miso ramen. I anticipate that these will be a frequent purchase for me and hope they'll be available at Target for a long time.

Not worth the hype sadly. Not bad just not excited about these and won’t buy again. I’ve been a consistent fan of Korean ramen for years (samyang) and nothing beats it and it’s half the price of this Momofuku.

Here is my review coming from a long time vegan. This is obviously not a culinary magazine but I’m still going to share for the observatory deck above. Very disappointed in the ramen. It did not satisfy my vegan tastebuds. I made alterations. Here’s the list of what was added in order to keep it edible. - Ginger - Garlic - Onion powder - Tamari - pink salt - chili flakes (we’re in the Southwest here don’t get frightened.) - Frozen organic peas - Brown sugar Boil till it looks like a worthy steam bath. Next take those ‘ramen’ blocks and set them aside. Don’t throw them out because you can crush them up later for building bricks and fun kids crafts. Get out that $1/$2 pasta that you know and love. Throw that in and now its edible.

We eat all kinds of Asian noodles (Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai) all the time. I cook them a lot, both soup and stir fry. Not every day, but certainly at least twice a week. We have both fresh and dried noodles, many kinds of ramen noodles, buckwheat noodles, rice noodles. These noodles are just about the worst Asian noodles I've every eaten. It's got to be the way they're made (air dried, never fried, according to the packaging) and/or the taste/consistency is for people who don't eat real Asian noodles. I really tried to like them, even tried two different kinds, but these noodles are just awful.

I am having a hard time understanding some of these low ratings. Wow. I actually think that they are pretty good. I cook chicken and add it in. They are far better than other quick noodles. They are 100% worth the money... Give it a try - they are good!

I opened a sealed pack of noodles to find a hair wrapped all through out the noodles.. it had to have happened during packaging which makes me concerned for the cleanliness of the facility. This hair was long and woven into the noodles, not even something that you can pull out. To make things worse I immediately emailed the company to let them know and provided photos and they never replied to me which is a huge red flag. So be cautious consuming food from this brand
